While these didn't work so well for me as Kegel exercisers, they are also nice to use in addition to clitoral stimulation. They gave me a slightly full feeling inside that complemented external stimulation in a pleasurable way. This might be a no-brainer, but Ben Wa balls should only be put in the vagina. Do not use them anally, because you would probably have to go to the emergency room to retrieve them.

Because they are glass, these Ben Wa balls are discreet in that they are indistinguishable from marbles. The discreet size and look also make these suitable for travel.

The size of these Ben Wa balls is not intimidating at all, and possibly not very effective for exercising your muscles. I got the 1 1/4" diameter size, and could not feel them inside me, even when I was moving around, sitting down, etc. On the other hand, the small size makes them easy to insert and remove, though I did have to squat to get them out.

These really did not work for me as intended. I couldn't feel them moving around or exercising my muscles at all. Maybe over time and with longer use, they will have a strengthening effect on me, but I think my body's lack of response to these means my muscles are already fairly tight and toned. It would be nice if these were offered in more sizes so I could try and see if a different size or weight worked better for me.

The packaging would maybe be more discreet if it didn't have the word FETISH in all caps on the front of the box. Oh well. Just make sure to open it away from prying eyes if you're concerned about discretion.



Other than that, the packaging is fairly minimal and is just the box, the balls, some padding, and a little pouch with a divider sewn in the middle. The pouch works very well for storage. I really tried hard to avoid making embarrassing "ball sack" jokes here.
