Hold on to me

The Bedroom kandi hold on to me vaginal balls by OhMiBod are weighted kegel balls to help strengthen and tighten the vaginal muscles to increase sexual pleasure, help with incontinence or to help those that feel they need to "tighten up" after giving birth. These are intended to be inserted into the vagina; so for females only. Do not use these anally, it's just not going to end well. These balls are on the smaller end making them great for beginners or those that found the larger balls to be uncomfortable. They can be worn anywhere, anytime.

The weighted balls are made of hard, smooth plastic. There is a deep ridge around each ball but it's covered by the silicone harness so you won't experience any scraping or discomfort from it. Obviously, the harness is made of silicone. It is soft with a slight bit of drag, so water based lubricant is good to apply to the balls and harness prior to insertion. The part that wraps around and holds the balls in is a bit more firm whereas the retrieval cord has more stretch to it. There aren't any textures, just smooth plastic and silicone.

These balls are particularly smaller than many other kegel balls making them great for beginners, or really anyone. The circumference is 3 3/4" with a diameter of 1 1/8". There are four weight balls, all with a different weight and two harnesses, one holds one ball and the other holds two.

The most weight that can be worn in the harness is 75g. You can switch up the balls/weights however you like, but they suggest starting with the 25g ball in the single ball harness and work your way up. They are small enough to fit in the palm of your hand and not be noticeably uncomfortable to wear around. They are made to wear around, so they are discreet for travel. You can carry the extra balls and harness along with you because they provide you with a drawstring pouch.

These kegel balls, with regular use, will help to strengthen your PC muscles. This can enhance sex for some women, help with incontinence, or just help tighten up after childbirth, as some women like to exercise those muscles afterward and having the weighted balls helps give something to squeeze and hold on to. You can sort of feel the pink weights moving around in plastic ball, like a rumbly feeling, but it won't be heard by anyone. You start out with one ball in the harness and work your way up to using the harness that holds two balls. You should do it a few times a week to see any real results. Start by squeezing and holding for about 10 seconds, slightly relax and do more reps, working yourself up to longer times. You can exercise your muscles anywhere, anytime for however long you please since you'll be the only one knowing you're wearing the balls.

You should wash the balls and harness(s) before each use. You can use a toy cleaner, soap and water, 10% bleach solution or wipes. I suggest taking the balls out of the harness to be sure to get any fluids out of the groove around the middle of the ball. It takes a bit of time getting the balls into the harness because it's so tight and they have to sit in the harness just right. Store them in the box they came in or the storage pouch provided. Only use water based lubricant with the Bedroom Kandi.

I love the box that these come in. There are little spots that each ball (and in the harness) fit down into. It has what feels like satin lining the inside. There is an instruction booklet included with information about the weights and suggestions of how to use them.

It took some getting used to, especially with the harness that holds two balls. You really have to get to know your own body so they won't be uncomfortable when wearing, especially when sitting down. Having the balls inserted makes you aware and causes you to use your muscles. They are probably my favorite due to the variety in weight and having a retrieval cord or easy removal. I'd recommend them to anyone.
