OhMiBod's Bedroom Kandi "Hold On To Me" vaginal ball set is meant to aid women in performing kegel exercises by giving you something to grip or clench around. Performing kegels, or exercising the PC (Pubococcygeus) muscles, aids in childbirth and recovery, increases bladder control, as well as helping to produce stronger orgasms. These balls are meant for vaginal insertion only. There is no flared base and the silicone retrieval strings on the holders are not strong enough to remove these from an anus, so please don't even attempt using them anally.

The Bedroom Kandi vaginal balls are made from ABS plasic (an 8 on Eden's material saftey scale), while the two holders are made from silicone (a 10 on the safety scale). Both materials are non-porous and phthalate free. The balls themselves have no taste and are scent free; the silicone holders have a faint "new silicone toy" smell and no taste. There is also no actual texture to the balls or holders. The balls have a groove along the middle where the holder rests; the holder has a seam along the rounded parts where the balls rest, but I couldn't personally feel them when inserted. The stretchy silicone holders have quite a bit of drag and collect hair and lint.

The "Hold On To Me" set comes with two silicone holders (single and dual) and four weighted balls. Both holders are small in size, with the dual ball holder being shorter than my index finger (excluding retrieval cord). Because of their small size, these balls would be suitable for beginners; their interchangeable weight makes them good for more advanced users as well. The included storage box and pouch make the product easy to travel with. Their overall look is not entirely discreet, though; if one were familiar with vaginal balls, they would know what these were.

The four weighted balls are marked with 1 to 4 dots signifying their weight:
1 dot = 25g or .9oz
2 dots = 30g or 1.1oz
3 dots = 35g or 1.2oz
4 dots = 40g or 1.4oz
Each ball is also 1.2" in diameter, with a 3.5" circumference.

The single ball holder is just shy of 5" in total length (1.25" ball holder, 3.5" retrieval string). The dual ball holder is just over 6" in total length (1.25" ball holders with a .5" string in between, 3.5" retrieval string).

The included instruction booklet advises starting out with the single ball holder and the lightest weighted ball. Depending on each individual user's previous experience with vaginal balls, you can either follow the booklet's advice, increase the weight, or combine different weights with the dual ball holder. After selecting your holder and ball weight, make sure to wash them before use because the silicone holder does pick up lint and hair easily. When ready to insert, apply water-based lube if needed and place inside the vagina.

The booklet advises the following workout routine:
After inserting, beginners should sit and tightly squeeze the pelvic floor muscles. Relax and repeat a few times to get acquainted with exercising the correct muscles. Proceed to try and hold the muscles tightly for 5 seconds, then relax for 5 seconds.

As you become stronger, try using heavier weights or the dual ball holder and increase squeezing time to 10 seconds, followed by 10 seconds of relaxation. It is recommended to try for at least 3 sets of 10 repetitions at least once daily. If that is too easy, try for 15 repetitions.

You can use the balls anytime, anywhere: at work or during your commute, while exercising, running errands, or while just sitting at home watching TV. If you're unsure whether or not you would be able to keep these in while using the bathroom, I would recommend being safe and removing them because these could easily be lost down the toilet.

Caring for the "Hold On To Me" vaginal ball set is easy. Before and after use, wash with soap and water and allow to dry. Removing and inserting the balls into the holders is much easier to do when dry, so allow to thoroughly dry (or towel off) before switching out the balls. The plastic balls are compatible with any kind of lube, but since the holders are silicone, please stick with water-based lubes only to prevent damage. Store in the provided storage box or pouch.

The outer box for the set is not entirely discreet. The top of the box has the product and manufacturer name, the bottom has a picture of the balls and holders with a list of their benefits. The interior box containing the product is beyond discreet; it is black with just the backwards B and K symbol (for Bedroom Kandi) on the top. Inside the lid is the same symbol, a silky material over a plastic tray, the four balls and two holders, and a silky storage pouch. The plastic tray under the material has cutouts to hold all the items in place. Included is also an instruction booklet listing the ball weights, care and use instructions, as well as brief information about the 1 year warranty on the product.

Both the interior box and pouch can be used for discreet storage. The outer box can either be discarded or used for gift giving.

These were the first vaginal balls I've ever used. I had previously used the Energie vaginal exerciser, but because I had to set aside 5 to 10 minutes daily and actually lie down to exercise, I got lazy and slacked off. I definitely needed something I could use while doing other things. Enter the Bedroom Kandi "Hold On To Me" vaginal ball set.

The entire set is very nice looking and the fact that I can change the weights is a plus. The silicone holders pick up quite a bit of hair and lint, but washing them off before use is no biggie. Having a bit of a nail makes getting the balls back out of the holder easier, so keep that in mind as well.

I initially started out as the booklet advised (single ball holder, lightest weight), but I quickly moved up to the heaviest weight. Before long, I was using the dual ball holder because it was more easily felt while doing kegel exercisers. As for the rolling weights inside the balls... I had to really jump around and move about to feel them moving. They didn't produce any orgasmic effects, just an overall neat sensation.

The only downside to this product is the flimsy retrieval cords. They are very thin, stretchy and make me feel like they're going to snap every time I pull the ball holders out (though they haven't actually broken... yet). Overall, I would recommend this product to others, just be wary of the retrieval cords.
