The use, and my personal use for Kegel balls are pretty straightforward. These are meant to strengthen the Kegel muscles, by placing the ball inside of you and squeezing. This Kegel set is tame compared to other ones I have experienced. I recommend, before you put them inside of you you, learn how to use them and how you would flex those muscles to get the maximum exercise from it. There are plenty of places online that have tutorials. When you do, if you aren't used to it I, recommend lubing it up first before it goes in.

The balls themselves are plastic casings, and the holders are body-safe silicone. The result makes for a temperature-safe toy that you can put inside of you, without it being too hot or cold. Depending on what weights you use and how long you use them (I personally keep these in all day while I work), this is a great beginners set.

The balls are extremely discreet and a streamlined, straightforward design. While it may not make an ideal travel buddy in its nice box, "Hold on to me" comes with a small black satin pouch, which you can put all 4 balls with attachments into it. This is especially handy if you wear your balls outside of the house. Compared to other ones these Kegel balls are pretty small, so it is easier on my anatomy to slip it in than some of the larger balls.

What I love about this toy is that, unlike the larger Kegel balls, it is easier on my anatomy to take in and out. The cord stretches a bit ( as silicone will do), but it will come out quickly and easily. Despite all of this, I have not had any issues with it falling out while working or when I sneeze/cough.

What I don't like is that, even though it says it has a "rumble", compared to other balls, I don't really feel one at all. I have to really be running or moving extremely to feel it roll around.

One thing I have to warn about, when you take the ball out of the silicone, it has a specific hole to fit the silicone around, so you have to take the silicone casing off in order to wash it. I recommend, because of where it goes, washing in warm water and soap versus wipes (unless you have really good sanitary wipes). Afterwards, you have the option of storing them in the pouch or in the box.

This is the usual Bedroom Kandi aesthetic in the packaging. The outside is the original buying box, and the inside of it is the reusable storage box with the satin inside. This Box is great as a gift by itself and makes for an ideal packing and storage box.
