These pleasure balls are used as kegel exercisers. They are vaginally inserted and you flex your kegels in order to keep the balls inside. Kegel exercises can intensify orgasms, as well as prevent problems with urinary incontinence that many women suffer from, especially after pregnancy.

The pleasure balls are very easy to insert and come with a convenient carrying pouch. When you want to take them out, you can either use your kegel muscles to push them out, or simply stop using your kegel muscles to hold them in and let them fall out on their own. These exercisers can be used sitting at home by yourself or while you're up and about.

These are meant for vaginal use. I have heard stories about people using vaginal exercisers anally and it ending unpleasantly, and since these do not have a retrieval cord, they should definitely not be used anally.

In my opinion, they are a little small for beginners and may be a little difficult to keep in since they can be hard to feel inside of you.

These are made of metal and plated with 24k gold, with a smooth texture all around each ball. There are no extra textures, openings, or seams on either ball. The smooth texture makes for very easy insertion. There's not really any smell or taste to them.

Being completely round and smooth, they are wonderfully designed for vaginal insertion and kegel exercises. Like similar toys, they do not have a retrieval cord, which I find helpful. To me, the balls being attached to one another makes insertion a little more difficult.

While they are somewhat small, they have a good weight to them and you will have to be using your kegels the entire time to keep them in.

These balls are very discreet, as they can be passed off as marbles or any number of things, and they also come with a small carrying pouch that is also very discreet.

I love that these are smooth and weighted. I also really like that they do not have a retrieval cord/cord attaching the two balls together. They are very convenient for travel because they are very discreet and they are also very easy to insert.

I do not like that they can sometimes be a little difficult to get out, and I kind of wish they were just a little bigger.

These pleasure balls are very easy to care for. Since they are non-porous, they can simply be washed with soap and warm water, a toy cleaning solution, or wipes.

They come with their own little carrying/storage case and that is what I keep mine in for storage.

The balls come in simple, clam shell packaging. There is some information about the toy included. There is no included instruction manual, but it is mostly self-explanatory.
