When I first heard about these, I couldn't wait to try them. Not because of having kids, though they are good for that. I had two c-sections, though. I was excited because just using them to exercise with will strengthen your orgasms. They'll make your vagina clamp down on your man like never before.

They will come in what looks like a big ring box that is covered in blue velvet. The slit is there to hold these two beautiful, gold Ben Wa Balls, and to keep them from getting lost and rolling around. I would advise keeping them in this.

Always use toy cleaner before using any new toy. They are very easy to insert. If you do have problems inserting them, just use a little lube. If you want to warm them up first, try warm water -- or if you want them cold, just do the reverse.

Now, if you have never done kegel exercises before, you might want to start with them before using these. If you don't know how to do them, here is a how to guide:

• First, as you are sitting or lying down, try to contract the muscles you would use to stop urinating. You should feel your pelvic muscles squeezing your urethra and anus. If your stomach or buttocks muscles tighten, you are not exercising the right muscles.
• When you've found the right way to contract the pelvic muscles, squeeze for 3 seconds and then relax for 3 seconds.
• Repeat this exercise 10 to 15 times per session. Try to do this at least 3 times a day. Kegel exercises are only effective when done regularly. The more you exercise, the more likely it is that the exercises will help

Once you have that mastered that, you are ready for Ben Wa Balls! After all, they really are just like doing kegals with weights.

The first time you use them, just start off with one. Start using them while sitting; if you can keep it in, then you can move on to see if you can hold it in while standing and walking for 15 minutes. If you can do one, then move on to two. Always start off sitting, though. Do this for a week before upgrading yourself.

They were pretty easy to remove. Since they are weighted, they will most likely come right out when you release your muscles. If not don't fret there are several things you can do. You could jump up and down, cough, or go in and pop it out with your finger.

Now, they are very simple to clean. You just use your toy cleaner. When done, put them back in their box, so you don't lose them.

I also know some people have heard or read that Ben Wa balls can be used during intercourse. I wouldn't suggest this, only because it is possible for the penis to push them way up inside of you. Stay safe and use them for what they were intended for.
