I had a pair of weighted gold balls, well before I had children, and I remember putting them in, and never having to think about them again. Now, 10 years and three kids later, I'm wondering what would be best to start with. I do kegels regularly, but I know my muscles aren't near as tight as they used to be. Anyone have any suggestions as what would be good for me to start with?
