Energie is a barbell for your vagina! Pelvic weight training. This toy might be targeted towards older women or women recovering from child birth, but I feel it is made for anybody who has a vagina. It can be used how ever often you want.

Energie is smooth, non porous hard plastic. There is a small seam on the side that was not big enough to be felt internally, however close attention should be paid to cleaning little seams because dirt, bacteria, and body juices like to hang out there. No smell. No funny taste. Somewhat discreet.

Plain and simple. It's 7 inches long, 4 inches circumference at its widest point. This toy weighs 1 lb and is coated in body safe, food grade, phthalate free hard plastic. I personally like its green color, some may not. I also like the flattened "U" shape of this toy.

Energie works best when used frequently. When you first start out, you will insert the more bulbous end curved upward, which is easier to grip with PC muscles that are not used to doing this exercise than the smaller end. You lay on your back with your knees bent and feet flat, and try using your kegel muscles to draw the toy towards your belly button and hold for 30 seconds for 10 repetitions. Later you move up to the smaller end.

Aside from needing to clean this toy all the time (because to see results you will want to use it very frequently), this toy is pretty low maintenance. Just wash with antibacterial soap or wipe with rubbing alcohol. No batteries required. You can use lube, any kind of lube, but I feel that when Energie's slick little body is covered in something that makes it even slicker, it's harder to grip with your PC muscles. So I'm sure a little bit of lube would go a long way with this one. The case is hard plastic; after you clean your toy, it can dry inside its case which can also be cleaned whenever you wish.

Energie comes in minimalistic, somewhat discreet packaging. It comes in a hard plastic box. Mine was white, but I have seen photos of a dark blue box. The hard plastic box has no images on it but reads "Natural contours Energie vaginal muscle trainer". The box is wrapped in a thin cardboard sleeve that says what it is, what it does and has pictures of Energie all over it. So while there are no dirty graphics or very large print cartoonish fonts all over it, if somebody where to find it and look at it for a moment, they would soon find out what it is. This toy comes with a small, simple folded up little piece of paper with instructions on it in 4 languages. Since the only one of the 4 languages I know on this paper is English, I can't tell you what the other 3 are, but if I had to assume... I think they are Spanish, French and German.

If anything happened to my own Energie, I would absolutely put it at the top of my toy list to be replaced ASAP. However, I'm not that concerned because it seems like it's built to last.
