These Joyballs are designed to exercise your kegel muscles, while also being very pleasurable to the person wearing them. I recommend these for beginners, because they are connected and have a string for easy removal; however these are pretty big so you need to know what you can personally handle. These vaginal balls can be worn while you are just sitting around the house doing nothing, you can also wear them while you exercise or doing your shopping ;). To use, apply a generous amount of lube (preferably water based) on the balls. Then insert the balls one by one leaving the pull cord out. When you're ready to remove them, simply grab the cord and pull out slowly.

I love that these ben wa balls are made from silicone. They are very smooth, and the gold glitter makes them shine. There is a slight smell, but you have to put them up to your nose and smell them for a while in order to smell it. The silicone is a non-porous, food-grade material that does not contain latex. The two balls are connected 3/4in apart by the flexible silicone.

I like the design and shape of these joyballs. The string allows for easy removal, and the circular shape allows for easy insertion. The size for me was a little too big but I have gotten used to it. I would say that these would fit the average women, but again, you need to know what your body can handle. Since the material attracts lint and fuzz it comes with a silk pouch to keep it in. with the discreet silk pouch they are a great travel buddy.

The smaller balls inside the silicone shell will shake and rattle when you move. This movement helps to keep your mind on them (so you don't forget that they are there), and they also add pressure to help you exercise more efficiently (such as a weight on a pair of nipple clamps). And there is no need to worry if people will hear them bouncing around, because they are very quiet when inserted.

At first I didn't really like this product, because I didn't think it was working, but I was wrong (yay). I was surprised that when I wore them out, I could not hear the inside balls move. When you hold them in your hands and shake them you can hear the little metal balls inside. The directions say that to get the ideal results they need to be worn for at least 4 hours a day, and to work your way up to it. I found them to be very comfortable and ended up wearing them for 3 1/2 hours the first time. Overall I am pleased with these Joyballs.

Since these are made from silicone care and maintenance is simple. To sanitize them, use a simple toy cleaner or boil them for a few minutes. They are also dishwasher safe. Since they come with a silk bag storage is easy. After cleaning them just place them in the silk bag and store in a drawer with your other toys. I would recommend using water based lubes with it, because they work great with the product and they are safe for the material.

This product comes in a shiny silver box with a viewing window in the front. In the box you will find a pamphlet of other Joydivision products, and a set of instructions (that are in like 10 different languages). You will also find a silk storage bag and a sample of aqua glide water based lube. The box and the way it's presented makes it a cute gift idea, but the silk bag is the best idea for storage.
