The Black Rose Secret Garden Vibrating panties are females panties with a built in compartment for a standard bullet to slide in. There is no remote with the bullet you are given, but that doesn't mean you can't replace the bullet with any bullet that does have a remote. The purpose of the remote would be to enjoy your partner having control over the vibrations. Since, there is no remote the bullet is solely controlled by the user. These panties can be used anywhere you would like, but I would avoid the most quiet of locations. While the bullet's sound is muffled out under clothing; it might not be muffled out enough for the most quiet of locations. I find that these panties are best for at home use. During your daily chores you can spice them up some.

The sad part about these panties is the one size fits all sizing. This is definitely not the one size fits all that actually fits all. The purple side ties do allow for the just about any hip measurement, but the actual panty is small. These panties won't work for everyone due to the lace of actual panties.

There is no tag to mark the material and the box only notes the material on the side ties and the bullet. I'm not sure why they wouldn't note the material of the panties. The panties feel like a polyester and spandex blend. They have a decent amount of stretch to them. To the touch they feel silky and similar to bathing suit material. They have a blocky pattern to them. If you hold the panties up to the light you can see through them.

The silk ties on the side are marked as silk. They feel very soft and silky. The silk ties aren't see thru at all. There is no stretch to the silk material, but the length of the silk ties make up for the lack of stretching.

There is also a Faux leather rose stitched on the front left side of the panties. You can tell it's faux leather because of the fake leather smell. It also looks like fake leather.



The bullet is made of ABS plastic, which rates in at a 8 out of 10 on the safety scale. The plastic feels like it has a velvety coat to it. ABS plastic is a firm material,s o it has no give. The velvety coat allows the ABS plastic to glide easily on the skin. ABS plastic is latex and phthalates free as well as non porous. There is no smell or taste to plastic. This bullet is completely smooth, so it is texture less.

The panties are actually a thong! The are designed like a string bikini, so you have to tie the sides together. This will allow it to fit a wide range of hip sizes, but the actual panty won't support everyone. The front of the panty without including the side silk ties measures 12". From the top to the back going through the middle of the thong measures 12". Measuring from the top of the panty along the thigh part to the crotch is 10". Each side tie measures 21". So, hip size doesn't matter with these panties. They will fit just about everyone in the hips. However the actual panty only being 12" from the top to the back going through the crotch is an issue. That is only going to fit best on those who are smaller framed; unless you don't mind have an ultra low rise panty and a thong that really digs in.



I wear a size 13/14 and have 42" hips. I'm able to wear these panties without them being uncomfortable, but I wouldn't recommend them to anyone much larger then I am. The front is very low rise on me. It's so low rise that it hardly covers all my pubic hair. The thong doesn't cut into my butt crack, but that will be an issue for those who measure larger. So, these panties are best fitted on someone jeans size 13/14 and lower.

When you look inside you can see two elastic bands that run parallel to each other. There is a tunnel of fabric stitched in between these elastic bands. This is for the bullet placement. It's 3.5" long and can take a 3.5" circumference max. There is no panty liner with this thong.






The bullet is 2" long. This is your standard size bullet. It has a 2.5" circumference or 0.75" diameter. You can replace this bullet if you would like. The bullet is very basic. It has a twist off cap to insert the batteries. There is a waterproof seal in between the cap and bullet. At the bottom of the cap is a single push button to control the vibrations.

These panties are very suitable for travel. They are discreet because no many are going to go through your underwear draw. They will pack nicely in any bag for travel. Be sure to take the batteries out of the bullet that way it doesn't turn on during traveling.

The bullet is powered using 3 watch batteries that slide in after you remove the bottom cap. At the bottom of this cap is a single push button to control the vibrations. There are 3 power levels to this bullet. The bullet gives off steady vibrations in a low, medium, and high setting. A single click for each and another click to turn it off. The button is really easy to hit and change the setting on. It doesn't click to indicate you changed the setting, so just lightly brushing it can change your setting. Be sure to insert the bullet into the panties so that the button is at the top. This will allow you to easily change the setting.



The vibrations are decent and moderate. These are buzzy vibrations that are mostly on the surface. They aren't enough for a power queen, but luckily a power queen bullet can easily replace the bullet. Salsa or Tango can easily slide right into the place of this bullet.

The bullet isn't the quietest vibrator, but it not something that can't be muffled. They won't be the most discreet in the quietest of locations like the Library. But if you are shopping at the mall; the likely hood anyone will hear you is slim. They can't be heard behind closed doors. Clothing and blankets definitely muffle the sound.

The panties should be hand washed and lined dried. I wash them in my Dona Lingerie Wash. The easiest way for hand washing is to combine like colors into the bath tub. I fill the bath the tub enough to cover my garments and add 3-4 TBSP of lingerie wash. Allow them to soak for 15-20 minutes. Then you rinse all the garments and hang dry them.

The bullet should be washed before and after each use with warm water and soap. Toy cleaner and toy wipes can be used also. If you wish to share your bullet you should wipe it down with alcohol. This will help stop the spread of infection if there is any.

The panties would be best stored in your underwear draw. The bullet can be stored in the panties. However, both can be stored just about anywhere.

Plastic is compatible with all lubes. Be careful which lube you use with the panties because they could stain the material.

These are my first vibrating panties. And I find I enjoy them.
