This pump comes unassembled in a clear plastic bag. It is not difficult to put together, but if you are not mechanically inclined, you might have some trouble. There are not any instructions for assembly or use with this product. There was no real odor to the pump, and I simply cleaned it with soap and water since it is made of plastic and rubber tubing.

Once assembled I did a test pump on myself to see how it worked. I placed the pump on my chest and pumped away. The black pump is designed to be used with one hand while the other hand holds it in place. There is also a pressure release button right above the handle to release the pressure. I got good suction and I realized you could also use this product on chest/breasts/nipples. So that is a plus. I like toys that can multitask. The clear acrylic dome is great to see through and watch the body part engorge with blood.

When it came time to use it on my wife problems were encountered. This may be a surprise to the younger generations out there, but not everyone shaves/waxes their pubic hair off. I had a hard time getting the pump to get any good suction on my wife due to the hair around her genitals. Maybe in the future she might shave but probably not.

I have no doubt that if you are nice and trim with little to no hair down there, this pump will work fine for you. We did get a little frustrated since it did not work for us but I will give it another shot in the future. It did work well on increasing blood flow and sensitivity to our nipples when pumped up, so that was a definite bonus.

Still works fine. (If you have little to no pubic hair) Has held up well and have used it for pumping up nipples. We will keep using it in our rotation of toys.
