The purpose of these balls are to tighten vaginal muscles. Anyone looking to tighten their vaginal muscles can use these. These are meant to both be inserted together and worn until you decide your exercises are finished. This exerciser is made of silicone, so you need to be careful about what lubes you use. Non-silicone based lubricants would be safe to use with these.

These are made out of 100% silicone. There is no smell to these and I didn't taste them because the place they are suppose to go is not in your mouth. They are soft to the touch, kind of silky feeling. The color of the whole thing is a neon orange. The little balls have lines around them that give them a little bit of texture. The lines are subtle, you barely notice them when pushing them in, they don't rub or scrape while being inserted. However, I found that once inside, I couldn't feel the lines. These balls are solid feeling, there is no squish or squeeze to them. They are really easy to insert.

These are non-toxic, phthalates-free, hypo-allergenic, latex free, chemical resistant, water repelling, heat stable and highly durable, food-grade material and non-porous.

The balls and cord are one full molded piece. There are no seams. The cord between the balls is really stretchy and flexible, so you should not have any problems with it.

I liked the loop on the end of the retrieval cord. This helps when the lube you use runs down the cord and makes it slick. The retrieval cord and the cord between the balls is all silicone as well. Once inserted, the end of the retrieval cord sits close to the vaginal opening, so you don't have to worry about it if you choose to wear it out in public. There is no way it would show under a skirt or shorts, and you shouldn't have problems with it causing discomfort when wearing tight jeans. It might be longer for some than others, but for me it sits so the loop on the end is the only thing hanging out. Even though it says only 5 1/4" is insertable, for me more than that inserts with no problem.

The box says the length of this is 8" long. Other measurements are: insertable length: 5 1/4", circumference: 4 3/4", diameter: 1 3/8", weight: 0.4 lbs.

When you hold the balls in your hand you can feel them vibrate. When I first put them in, I could feel them vibrate when I moved, but after a minute or two, that vibrating feeling went away. This could just be me, others might keep that feeling for the full duration of use. When you are holding these, you can hear the little balls rolling around inside them. Once you insert them, you cannot hear it anymore. The shape of the balls are round. This toy can be taken when traveling.

These are the about the same size as the Smartballs, so if one has used them and found them too large then these might be too large also. Size comparison:

I can't say how it will work for others, but I'm not sure they were right for me. I didn't have any trouble keeping them in. I noticed that once I had them in, they stayed in place and didn't try to fall out. I put them in before getting in the shower and left them in the full shower. I bent over, sat down, even squatted down because I was shaving and I still got no movement. At one point I checked to make sure I had them in correctly and noticed that the bottom ball was sitting on my pelvic bone and that was keeping it from falling out. My body might just require a smaller set of exercise balls.

These are easy to clean because they are made of silicone. The package says the balls are dishwasher safe. Being that they are silicone, you can boil them. If you are the only one using them, you could just wash them with soap and water, which is what I do. I keep it stored in the container it came in. As I pointed out earlier, you need to use care about what lubes you use with this -- no silicone based lubricants.

The toy comes in a clear box, it is seated inside a black plastic holder molded to the shape of the balls. There is a cardboard insert in the back of the box, the writing on it is in many languages and so small you need a magnifying glass to read it. You could use this for storage like I do or you could put it in a bag if you don't want to keep the package. There are some larger words on this package that make it not very discreet.
