Since the rings are stretchy they're very easy to use. You can either wear your ring of choice on just the shaft of the penis, or around both the penis and the scrotum. They're compatible with condoms so long as you put the ring on first, or make sure that the end of the condom isn't stuck in any way under the ring, since the extra tension could cause the condom to break.

When selecting which ring you want to use, you're looking for a fit that could be described as 'comfortably tight.' You'll want it to constrict some of the blood flow, but not all of the blood flow. This will cause some slight swelling and increase sensitivity. Don't leave it on for more than 30 minutes, and take it off immediately if anything starts to go numb or feels like it's going wrong.

When you're all done using whichever ring(s) you're using for the evening, just wash them in warm soapy water to clean them off, and dry them off with a lint free cloth or let them air dry. Packaging was nice to look at, but a pain to get into. Looks like a clamshell but needs to be opened with scissors or another sharp object. The rings are clear on display in the packaging, and the sizes are listed in millimeters. The back lists the main component the rings are made of, but nothing else on how to use them.

My husband and I really liked the look of the rings, but unfortunately the sizing just seems to be slightly off for us. He's on the slightly smaller side of average, and the smallest ring fits comfortably around his shaft but not tightly enough to really do anything. The medium one obviously doesn't do anything around his shaft, but is too small to really comfortably wear around both the shaft and scrotum. The largest one easily fits around both parts of the package, but didn't really do anything for him. I can definitely see where these could be a great intro set for some couples, but for us they probably won't be used long term.
