The cock ring is made of Polyethelyne, which is a 7 on the EF safety scale. It has metal snaps (5 female and 2 male) to adjust size accordingly. It is a pretty baby blue on the outside and white on the inside. The ring is not quite as vibrant or saturated a blue tone as the photos show, but still nice. The inside is sorta plastic-vinyl like and the outside is sorta fake leathery. With extended wear the edges could possibly cause some irritation on your skin.

There was no odor noticeable upon opening the package. The material is flexible, but not stretchy. The edges are a little bit on the sharp side. Not so sharp to worry about being cut, but not smooth and rounded. This could cause some discomfort if worn for prolonged periods.

If you have hair, you need to be a bit careful when putting this on not to catch any hair in the snaps.

I'm not crazy about the material. It's just ok. It's not leather or something softer that might be more comfortable. It's not bad, just not great. Maybe just different than expected.

The strap is 9 1/2" long and 1/2" wide. You simply wrap it around your cock and balls and adjust to your desired tightness. If you wear rings very tight, it is recommended as a general rule to not wear them longer than 30 min to prevent injury. Wearing it looser is ok. Use your judgement.
