This toy is basically an addition to your hand when you jack off. You hold the sleeve in one hand (or two), lube it up, stick it on your penis, and jerk off just like you normally would. This toy works really well if you're just plain bored of using the hands. It gives less stimulation than the fleshlight STU (stamina training unit) of course (which I find to be too stimulating). I've read many reviews of the entrance to the toy tearing - I personally haven't had that problem, and I've orgasmed in it at least 30 times already. No tears for me so far. It is a bit noisy if you like to masturbate with fast hand motions. It has a very "slurpy" kind of sound to it. This toy is EXTREMELY easy to clean. The toy is basically the same thing as the inside of a fleshlight, but shorter. You can easily rinse it with warm water if you're in a hurry, or squirt some hand soap into it and reach in with your fingers to rub it out. The inside texture allows for an easy time getting all of the cum out. It literally would take me 20 seconds to clean it thoroughly. Only use water-based lubes with it of course. That way you won't have any problems at all!
