After being a little bit disappointed with a cock ring we purchased some time ago and seeing these awesome looking rings up for review, I said, "I want them". Right off the bat, the visual of the cock rings doubled up and in a string of four was very attractive to my eyes and really got me excited to try them. I got so interested primarily because I'm not so much into vibrating cock rings, they tend to make me go numb quite quick and it's not an effect I enjoy. It also seems to take away from the way my partner feels me come inside when there is a bullet in a cock ring as opposed to not. I've been really into the whole simple non-vibrating, non-clit stimulating variety of cock rings and seeing these little guys stacked together looked like a great way to take that niche and "BAM take it up a notch" (in the words of Emeril).

These c-rings should work for pretty well anyone with a working penis, plain and simple. There are no bullets , batteries or fancy-dos just slide it on and go. It may be more difficult to get the hang of using these for a true beginner but is pretty non-issue if you have experience with putting on and taking off cock rings. Since these rings are stacked together, it is more difficult to maneuver a finger under four bands to pull off at the same time than just one. I can imagine this would be even more challenging if you don't keep a clean and/or trim landscape down south.

California Exotic's Buckshot cock rings are made of Silicone and TPE mix. Silicone, my favourite stuff, really has become a favourite material of mine for sex toys. Silicone has lots of stretch, tons of snug, it doesn't smell, it's easily cleaned and not very porous, and excellent durability. The TPE mix does give this some more pores, makes it even more stretchy, a tad less durable and didn't seem to affect the smell. I've broken three or four jelly toys and not one silicone one so far and have pretty well stopped even considering adding more jelly toys to my collection.

As you can see from the display graphic, the only real texture to them is just four little spheres divided equally along the band which is pretty standard and not very special. All they really do is add a little to the snugness and grip the rings have on your cock. My wife says that she could actually feel the 4-tiered cock ring inside her and the beads did lend some good pleasure and it wasn't so strong that it was distracting or that she could discern each ring, just one good feeling that added to the pleasure of sex. Pleasuring myself and my wife at the same time while I'm inside her is a definite plus for these cock rings; all the time neither of us are going numb or sore from vibrations.

I have generous girth and didn't have much trouble getting them on at all. Mind you, I did lube the rings up and my cock up before putting them on, but they stretched enough that I didn't have to force anything really. Due to the stacked nature of these c-rings I'd say it may be a small challenge for someone new to putting on c-rings, but nothing you can't learn as you go or use common sense. I also keep a clean and trimmed landscape down there so I rarely worry about getting hair caught up in them, if you don't I would recommend being diligent as during intercourse who knows where your hair can slide and move around get wound up and caught in between these rings.

Adding to this, I am not cut, and this can become a serious issue or point of discussion when it comes to sex toys. Some toys are just unpleasant, not because they're at any fault their own but mostly because they just aren't made with uncircumcised males in mind. I had no problem with these cock rings interfering any way, shape or form with my foreskin. They stretch enough to avoid issues and don't slide around or pull in an uncomfortable way. If anything all they do is make the tip of my cock even more swollen than it normally gets from the friction of love making and I know my wife loves that extra girth.

A good fit for a plethora of penises, I'm positive the majority of men in this world will not have an issue with the Buckshot rings.

As with most cock rings, maintenance is quick and simple. There are no difficult battery compartments, creases, or cracks to clean. It's silicone/TPE, so it's a little porous but still easy to clean and mostly disinfect. I would still recommend not sharing this after use, especially since both rings get some degree of penetration on their own.

Storage is a piece of cake: Stick it in a zip-loc bag, in its original packaging or whatever storage tool you have. Since it is part TPE, my advice is to avoid having extended contact between it and other TPE toys as a precaution against molding together, melting or any type of disfiguring that could occur.

The packaging, generally the first thing you see when you look at an item for purchase, is usually the most important element in catching a customer's eye and blank space for product instructions, information and disclaimers. If I said I was impressed with the packaging, I'd be lying. First of all, one of the most eye catching and important things you can put on sex toy packaging is an image. The image on this package of cock rings is a man, model Brad Patton. I don't shop in sex stores with other men, but from my personal view 90% of packages that have men on them do not catch my eye or appeal to me. While it is correct that these toys are meant for men, (and yes I realise there are men out there that love men) it would've been more appealing to my eye to have a woman, or even a sexy female/male couple on it, or even no image. The likelihood of my picking this product off the counter would've been very small due to the image on the packaging and yes, you may sue me, I'm shallow.

Other than the image, the packaging has pretty well all the information you'll need on it. It details what the two cock rings are on the back, along with all the disclaimers about novelty use only, not intended for birth control, or to prevent STI's. It also lists California Exotics and Buckshot Toys websites on the back for more information and other related products you may view.

Pretty standard packaging, nothing truly special, artsy or bearing much thought put into it, but sex pretty well sells itself, so who needs fancy packages? Not like you're gonna show it off to all your friends and family.

I really really like these two cock rings. During intercourse, I actually started off with the Two tiered cock ring and had a good powerful orgasm. After my first orgasm, I switched to the 4-tiered one to continue since our sex sessions usually last a good while and I can often get 2 maybe 3 orgasms out of them, but it either wasn't in the cards that night or the 4-tiered ring really was preventing me from coming again, I tried flipping her over for doggy style which is almost a guaranteed orgasm within a few minutes for me, then fast, slow, deep long thrusts, short thrusts, it all felt great but I just couldn't seem to reach orgasm again. I'm still not sure what the reasoning was for it, but I'll have to try the 4-tiered first next time and see if it causes any problems again.
