The ring is very stretchy so it is easy to get on and should fit a wide variety of sizes. The two vibrators are to sit on top and bottom of the penis and are meant to massage the clitoris during sex while the bottom provides vibrations for the male. The cock ring also is meant to provide added pressure to the penis to help the wearer last longer during intercourse. The amount of stretch that the ring has though prevents it from getting to tight and does not provide much help in this area.

The vibrations were more intense than expected. Being a cheap item, neither my wife or I were expecting much but the vibrators did their job. They definitely added to the experience.
