The molded exterior part of the masturbator is one solid piece, while the sleeve part you see in the picture is actually a very pliable, nubbed tube that collapses. The use is pretty straight forward; insert your penis into the pussy, then manipulate the sleeve from that point. Due to the pussy part of the toy being slightly more stationary than normal masturbators, the main area of stimulation is for the shaft and head. With the bullet included for extra stimulation, this toy is probably best enjoyed alone at home.

The material is made from a material Cal Exotics calls "Ultra Pure Skin" meaning it is supposed to feel real. It does!
