The gel material this item is made of stretches WELL enough to fit over a 20 ounce soda bottle! However if you are STILL worried about it being too small don't fret. There are two rings to use here! No one said they had to be used on cock and balls. Simply cut the center ring out and use the outer ring. I would make sure that it would NOT slip off first before removing the center ring completely tho.
