Dr. Joel Kaplan silicone probe and dual ring - small butt plug by Cal Exotics - review by 4ever18

I ordered the Dr. Joel Kaplan Silicone Probe and Dual Ring because I wanted a convenient way to combine a butt plug with a cock ring. Bingo! What's up Doc? Dr. Kaplan came to the rescue. Now I don't have to fumble around searching through my massive toy collection for a separate cock ring and butt plug. The Silicone Probe and Dual Ring has an added bonus of a ring for my balls as well (hence the 3-in-1 part of the review title).


The Silicone Probe and Dual Ring is made of soft black silicone that is a non-porous, hypoallergenic material that pairs perfectly with your favorite water-based lubricants. DO NOT use a silicone lubricant as it will damage the toy. Although I did not notice any odors when opening the package, I don't recommend sticking this toy in your mouth. Its intended use is for the body's "nether-regions".

The Silicone Probe is categorized as having a "medium" circumference of 3". My opinion is that it would be better categorized as a "small" circumference that is perfect for beginner anal probe users. I may think this way because I am an advanced anal probe/butt plug user so this toy does not provide the "fullness" feeling in my ass that I have become accustomed to. It still feels good, though!

The Silicone Probe and Dual Ring is 100% waterproof and is easily cleaned with antibacterial soap & water or an EF's toy cleaner. Lightly towel dry and let air dry completely before storing. The toy does not come with a storage pouch, so I keep mine in a zip-lock baggie. The baggie not only protects the toy from dust & lint but keeps it from touching any of the other toys in my collection.

Preparing to use the Silicone Probe and Dual Ring is simple. The probe has an insertable length of 2 3/4". As I mentioned previously, it's perfect for beginners. My preparation process is to clean the toy before (and after) each use. I then squirt a small amount of water-based lube on the probe and GENTLY insert it into my butt. The toy has a tapered end (see picture above), so it shouldn't get completely sucked into your ass. However, if that happens, don't panic, just pull on the attached cord, and it will pop right out (I know this from first-hand experience).

For the balls & cock ring portion, I highly recommend that you already have an erection before attempting to place these rings in their appropriate location. Grab the cord which is dangling from the probe that is already inserted in your ass. Squeeze your balls through the larger ring, then slide the smaller ring over your cock. I generally find it difficult to keep my balls secured by the ring. To remedy this issue, I slide the larger ring completely down my shaft and then pull my balls through the ring. This method not only keeps my balls secured inside the ring but provides a tighter feeling of my balls being squeezed. A FANTASTIC feeling!

Now that the toy is in place, it's time to let the pleasure begin!
