So we've decided to give the Max Pleasure Extender-Textured Penis Sleeve a try. This definitely gives me more girth. It is soft and won't add much length. And it has protruding rings to give her added sensation.

This has a hole to stick your testicles through. This is to keep the sleeves from sliding off. (Your balls hold it in place.)



Domed head compartment, 6-1/8 " raised rings spaced 1/2" apart, hole to slip your testicles through.

This "make your cock larger " is made of TPR. TPR is very soft and stretchy. This is a big plus for extender items. She may want it bigger, but not for it to hurt.

It is hypo-allergenic, latex and phthalates-free. However, TPR is not 100% nonporous and therefore cannot be totally sanitized.

The material is kinda thick and very squishy. When squeezed it bounces back to original shape right away. Both the sheath and ball holder are very stretchy.

On the bottom there is a very thick base. The ball holder part is also very thick. No fear of ripping or tearing it. It can stretch very wide so that you can pull it over your testicles.

TPR will attract dust and lint easily. And grab your fingerprints just like that.

It does have a faint "lighter fluid" like a smell, but you would have to bring it right up to your nose to detect it. If this concerns you, just use a condom.

Let me expand on that:
The entire length is 7 " long from head to base. The insertable length unstretched is only 5". However, it can be pulled/stretched up to another 2". The inside unstretched is 1 1/2". However, it can stretch another 2".

This pretty much will fit a penis girth about 1 1/4" to 2.5 " by my estimation. Sorry, I didn't find any volunteers to try it on. Just yours truly. I did find some dildos to try it on though.

This shows the length. It's shorter than the EF Mega and VC Bandit. Note: if you are longer than the Max you can still wear it. Just not get your balls in the holder. It will be really snug and likely not come off.


Here it is on the VC Bandit. If you are about 1 1/2" - 1 3/4" in girth you will become pretty plump. :)

I'll confess. This is not my first extender. Like many men, I do think gals like it bigger.

Of course, if you are familiar with our reviews know we have some decent size dildos. Sometimes a woman wants a little more. Anyway, I had a couple of other extenders before.

Brand R (the first letter of its brand was silicone and expensive.) Used it once and she told me to get rid of it! She said it was too hard, too big and didn't feel good. I couldn't feel much either, and possible pumped her a tad too long. It also was difficult to get on and wasn't secure. At any moment it felt like it would slip off and stay inside of her.

The other one was also silicone and also had the testicle holder. Problem with this one was I couldn't get my testicles in them. And when got one in the other, it would slip out. It barely stretched, unlike this EF Max.

I wash Max with warm water and soap before and after use. TPR cannot be totally sanitized though. So it's not safe to use on one orifice and then switch to another. Unless you use a condom and switch with each use.

I also recommend a toy cleaner like this one.

The clamshell packaging is perfect for storing this. It will aid in keeping dust etc. off it and separate it from other toys. Toys made of TPR SHOULD NOT be stored side by side with silicone or other TPR/TPE/jelly toys. The TPR can leach on or melt your other toys.

I found the best way to put this on was to :

1. Peel back half or part of it. Apply a little bit of lube to the inside of Max and your erection.

2. Slip top half on then roll the rest over your cock. THIS CANNOT BE USED IF YOU ARE FLACCID.

3. Stretch the ball securer wide open and pull over testicles.

4. Slip a lubricated condom on it, or some lubricate (for easier insertion into your orifice of choice.)

Now you are ready for action.

For those penises longer than Max and those who can't use the ball securer it should still work. It's tight and snug and will hug your penis. Should not slip off. Just don't use too much lube on the inside.

For fellows shorter than 5 inches: Try cutting a cylindrical vegetable and fill in the gap between the tip yourself. Otherwise, you will have an air gap near Max's head. If neither of you mind, go for it.

You need an erection to use this. After some assistance from the wife, I was ready to put Max on. I rolled back 1/2 of Max and slipped it on. Using a slight amount of lubricant on my head and inside the sheath made the Max easy to get on. Then unrolled the rest on. (Hole side down) I stretched the hole very wide then down over my testicles. It wasn't easy, but I did manage to get it on with without hurting my venerable parts.

It worked just as expected. I was not much longer, maybe a 1/4", but much fatter. There are little nubs on the inside of the Max. They didn't do much for me though. All I felt was this thick, soft Max thing stuck on to my penis.

She's not fond of pronounced ridges, so we used a lubricated condom over it. I entered slowly to ensure she would enjoy the new larger me. Sure enough, after a few gentle thrusts, she wanted more. The condom didn't do much to shield the ridges though. After a while, I could feel the ridges tugging on her opening as I went in and out. It also pulled some "juices" out while I was going in and out.

She definitely felt the effects of the now fatter me. It was a tight fit until she warmed up. With the other more expensive brand I could not feel much while I was inside her. With this, I could. I came pretty quickly due to the excitement and her vagina walls squeezing me.

I didn't care for how tight the testicles holder was. It really forced my balls out and was so tight. In the actual pic above had it not been colored you would have seen all my veins and the testicles really sticking out. It felt like someone was squeezing your balls mightily! May add to the experience for some. Especially if you have big ones.

Getting this off was much harder than putting it on. There was no space between my nuts and the holder to get my fingers in between it. I had to wait and lose my erection. Only then I was able to pull my softie out and then slip the Max off my testicles. I did experience some discomfort on my balls when removing it.
