The Julian Senso sleeve is slipped over the cock, and has large nubs and small ticklers to rub and stimulate both the wearer and receiver. It slips over the cock pretty easily, but it will need to be hard first for it to slip on. It says it fits penis girth up to four and 1/2 inches, but I'd say it probably a little less than that if you want it to stay on well. It is five and 1/2 inches long however, which allows for it to stay in place much easier than smaller ones than tend to slip or roll off. If you guy is smaller than six inches though, you'd likely to run into problems. It is reversible, one side has the large nubs, the other the small ticklers. I prefer to fell the nubs, since they seem to rub much better on my parts than his. My husband couldn't really feel the difference between the nubs and ticklers though, so he didn't mind.

This penis sleeve is made of Jelly. It is smooth and doesn't grab or snag too bad. Just be sure to be use lube or be good and wet before using! Because this is made of Jelly, it can be used with either water or silicone lubricant. It doesn't have a smell, and I never tasted it! It is very stretchy, and fits well and holds on without hurting. The nubs are larger nubs, and are pretty soft so they don't hurt. The ticklers were uncomfortable for me, but I never like that texture.

This sleeve fits my husband surprisingly well, since we've had issues in the past with penis sleeves. It is five and 1/2 inches long, and stays well on his eight inches. It stretches pretty easily, and doesn't fit too tightly or too loosely either. Be sure to use lube when putting it on, it makes it much easier!!

It performs just fine for us. If hes hard, it much easier to get on, and be sure to use lube. You can use either water or Silicone based lube, so now worries there. You could also slip it on a traditional vibrator and use ti that way.
