My husband used this sleeve on his penis, and it felt great for me. When it was inserted, it felt very filling and made me have several orgasms quickly; it stimulated parts that were not usually stimulated during our regular sex. We used it in several positions, but it seemed like it felt better to me when we were having sex doggystyle. A drawback was that we had to apply lube several times. I normally don't need much, but we had to use quite a bit comparably.

The sleeve fit him well, and it did not seem to hurt him in any way; so, I think it could accommodate an average to large size penis without problems. I would compare it to an extra thick condom. It was very easy to put on and take off. The sleeve seems very thick, and if you are using it with a man that can't keep a good erection for a period of time, this may not work well for you. In that case, I would suggest trying it on a favorite toy to change things up a bit.

There were no bad odors when we opened the packaging, and the sleeve cleans up well with antibacterial soap or toy cleaner. It doesn't seem like much when you first open it, and I would have preferred to pay a few bucks less.

There are soft nubs on the outside of the toy that added to my sensation. On the inside of the sleeve were many soft pokey nubs that are different, and those add to his sensation. I think that it is possible to turn it "inside out" if you prefer the feeling of a certain side, but that's a matter of preference. I didn't really like the feeling of the side that would be considered the inside of the sleeve -- it felt like it was too pokey.
