I personally got the Tera Patrick model, with the 'Lotus' texture, and could not be more pleased!

The Fleshlight Tera Patrick Lotus is made of a fairly large heavy-duty plastic shell to house, hide (and I use the term "hide" VERY loosely... as NO ONE would ever mistake these for an actual flashlight), and protect your precious "SuperSkin" insert. This insert is where all the action happens. The "SuperSkin" material itself is an attempt to mimic a real skin feel and is incredibly soft and smooth. It is non-allergenic, latex free and retains heat well. The "SuperSkin" seems to have the perfect amount of stretch to provide that "just-right" snugness while you are inside of it, without being overly firm or elastic (which can sometimes cause the most discerning of penises to become overly sensitive at inopportune times). There is no scent to the "SuperSkin" but it does sometimes present with a very light oily feel when I get it out, which quickly vanishes with a rinse under water (as I like to heat up the material for a minute before using it anyhow). I've found that some masturbators made of exotic rubber compounds and other fancy materials, can often leave an odd numb or stinging feeeling on my man-bits after use. The FleshLight left NONE of these residual sensations after use. Finally, the material is superb for retaining its lubricant, unlike many of the cheaper masturbators on the market.

The Lotus profile itself is magnificent. I've used MANY hand-held masturbation sleeves, and a generic FleshLight-like knock-off, but this sleeve blows them all out of the water! The area surrounding the entry is as smooth and soft as the rest, but contains a wonderfully thick mound, which provides a nice soft cushion for those fantastic deep thrusts. During which, the mound seems to massage and caress your entire pubis, as the gaping hole just envelops you. To me, this mound seems to BEG me to grind against it, even when I'm not thrusting, just to feel its touch. Inside the insert, the entry point is fantastic. There's an inverted rib right at the entry that provides the perfect amount of squeeze to let you "pop" inside, but without being overly tight. Additionally, throughout the remainder of the tube are critically spaced cavities and ribs that rub, squeeze, and caress every inch of you as you thrust. As mentioned before, the design of the FleshLight is good in terms of protecting your precious sleeve, but not in terms of being stealthy... if that was ever the plan. The pearl-sheened white plastic case (which seems to be around 1/8 inch thick for the most part) stands 10 inches high, with 12 inches of circumference at the base (or about 3 1/2 inch diameter) and 7 1/2 inches in circumference at the top (or 2 1/4 inches in diameter). The sleeve is roughly 9 inches long, and quite flexible, so will accommodate almost any member out there.

The only design flaw that I can point out about this toy, is the "suction" feature, provided by tightening or loosening the top cap during use. When all the way tightened, you can certainly feel a delightful pull as you stroke, begging to have you deep inside once more. However, the seal is far from airtight, and you can hear air escaping (quite quietly) as you use it. Additionally, there is not really anything in between the "slight" suction, and no suction, because there is no gasket or anything near the cap. The slightest of unscrewing seems to eliminate all suction immediately. That being said though, it is a bit of a nit-pick, and I do prefer to use this toy WITH the "slight" suction.

Another advantage the FleshLight has over the "real thing" is that it is VERY low maintenance. Cleanup consists of running the insert under warm water to clean it out, and an occasional powdering with talc for the SuperSkin to maintain its texture. That's it! If the outer plastic shell gets messy, again, run it under warm water. This is about as simple as it comes.

Regarding the SuperSkin itself, FleshLight recommends water-based lubes only, which work perfectly fine in it, and make clean-up simple. Additionally, SuperSkin is assumed to be a porous material, so sharing this toy is a no-no, unless you plan on using condoms during use.

The FleshLight Girls toys come attractively packaged in a nice cylindrical tin, packaged with a small sample of their lube. Be aware that they are shipped with a large plastic dowel inside the insert to keep it from getting ruined. Don't worry though, it is VERY obvious that it is in there, so you won't thrust into it and find a surprise.
