Yes, that is indeed what the only English description on the box says. As humorous as that is, it's absolutely right. The use of this toy is straightforward - it's a masturbation sleeve. It IS made of safe material, completely phthalate-free, and, depending on the way you twist it, it can be a whole new experience each time you use it!

Couples, don't despair. Your man doesn't have to use it all by himself. I know my fiance loved the idea of giving me the reigns and twisting it how I liked to make his toes curl! And, since it's not as bulky as some masturbation sleeves can be, it is great for travel. Just make sure to clean off any dust or lint that it may grab onto.

The material is TPE, a "Fine Cross Foam" version, coming in at a 6 out of 10 on the EF material safety chart. In my fiance's words, the lube is very thick, which is surprising from a water-based lube. "It almost reminds me of hot glue coming out of a glue gun, leaving little trails when you pull away from the surface..." It lasts quite a long time, despite the odd image. As with any water-based lube, you can reactivate it with a few drops of water (or saliva) when it starts to absorb into the skin. However, we wouldn't recommend reapplying it. We tried applying before, and it only made the problem worse.

It's hilarious, considering what kind of toy it is. The grooves along the side add an ergonomic feel and help your hands rest easily. Kevin - "The nubs - they're good 'til you climax. Let me explain - the texture that looks like a cage at the very top adds some AMAZING stimulation to the head. However, because they rest tightly against the vein in this position, once you're about to finish, they can really make things uncomfortable. I haven't yet figured out a way to avoid this issue, but once I do, we will put that into the follow-up.

Moving on to the suction aspect - you can activate this property by closing your hand over the top of it to squeeze out the air before entering. After you enter, release your hand from the top. If that's not enough suction for your taste, just squeeze the top a few times and get as much air as you can out. (Unfortunately, this can and likely WILL cause a bit of a farting sound.) Once the air is all out, you're ready to go! The suction strength of this toy is MUCH STRONGER than the Type-H we have, which may be what sets me up for the issue during climax...have to check that out. Of course, you can easily use this without the suction, but it may make some funny sounds during use.

For the record, this is not a toy to use bare. You really need to at least lube yourself up to avoid any discomfort. I love the glide I get from putting lube on the inside of the toy, but that is completely up to you."

Cleaning this toy can be a bit difficult, thanks to the closed end. As tempting as it is to just turn it inside out to clean, this could lead to the toy tearing. The best method we found to keep the material safe is to first rinse out any left over fluids with warm water, in a similar way that you would do to rinse out a cup. Then, use a bit of antibacterial soap and wash the inside with your fingers, focusing around the nubs and textures, since these can grab onto lube and fluids VERY easily. Rinse and let air dry, or use a lint-free towel. As mentioned earlier, the material is a bit of a lint magnet, so be careful where you store it. For the moment, we have it stored in its original packaging, until we find a better, safer place for it.

About lube compatibility - the packaging on this toy, as well as the company's site, states that this toy should only be used with water-based lube. We couldn't agree more. If you are unsure if your favorite lube is safe, try testing it on an inconspicuous area of the toy. If there's no reaction after waiting at least 30 minutes, then you're good to go!

The packaging is simple - just a lightweight cardboard box. Most of the writing on the box is Kanji, so if you left it out, no one would really know what it was for unless they really inspected it and found the tiny English print. The box is marked (in Kanji) for recycling, and if you are ever bored and have that Google Translate app on your phone, have some fun translating the Kanji. It does give insight to the toy, but a lot of it doesn't translate well. Google comes up with some pretty funny stuff for the translations.
