The gainer is made of TPR silicone which is a 6 on the Safety scale meaning it's safe for everyday use but has some limitations. One limitation is water based lubes and with something like this lube is a must. The product did have the normal silicone smell but washed off and didn't come back. It's stretchy but also rigid which could be a problem. There was a visible seam but not felt. The texture was similar to low priced dildos. The flexible spongy rubber texture.

The gainer allegedly fits all the way up to a girth of 7 1/2in. That is probably if you like me and lubed it up and just kept pushing and pushing until it went in.
