You manipulate the stroker by stroking it up and down the shaft of the penis with the hand. This toy is not water poof and I would avoid water contact with the cord of the egg bullet.

The side of the box claims that this toy is "maintenance-free" and I am not sure why that is. You MUST clean this toy and take proper care of it if you want it to last.
The material easily collects fibers so it will need to be washed after every use and stored where it cannot collect them. To avoid the toy from getting sticky you will need to add some cornstarch.
So in fact, this toy is high maintenance despite what the box says.
You can was it with mild soap and warm water or a toy cleaner.

I was so excited to order this toy for my partner because I thought it would be fun to use it on him with the lights turned out! My hopes of a fun night were quickly destroyed once we got it out and onto his penis.
It was easy to slide his penis inside the vaginal opening while he held it stretched open and I applied lube to both the toy and his penis. Once on we were really disappointed with how incredibly loose the tube of the stroker is.
I stuck the bullet into the back of the vagina and used one hand to hold the vagina down on the base of his penis. Using my free hand I stroked his penis with the tube part. It was very flimsy and bunched up as I gripped and stoked with it. My partner said he could feel the nubs inside but that they weren't very stimulating to him and did nothing for excitement. He said no matter how much I gripped that this toy just wasn't tight enough for his liking. He said he did enjoy the vibration of the egg bullet.
I was so let down by this toy. It was just a complete flop for us. This was the first toy we tried designed like this (with the tube stroker connected to the vagina) and I can honestly say it will be the last!
We didn't even finish with this toy and he said he didn't think he could and would rather me just use my bare hand.
Sadly, the Glow in the Dark "front door" is waiting for the next garbage pick-up because he said he honestly wouldn't use this and it would just be taking up space.
We did keep the bullet because that part was actually nice and it is pretty strong! He actually had more fun playing with the bullet using it on me than he did with the masturbator for himself.

I'd rate this a one star but I'll give it two because of the bullet.
