This toy has two openings: one being the obvious mouth, the other being just a simple hole in the base; and as the product image shows, it has several different types of bumps and ridges lining the inside of it, for different sensations.

Sensation-wise, this masturbator did deliver, and it was tight enough for me to penetrate and feel the sides. Other trans* guys may be able to penetrate this toy (depending upon the size of their dicks, of course) and I think that it would definitely accommodate any cis guys with smaller dicks, but I'm not sure how much it would be able to stretch for larger guys. It may also be too short for guys with longer dicks, causing them to poke out the end.

So far, I have used this toy three times and in spite of the good sensations that it provides, I'm not sure that I want to use it again due to a reaction that I seem to keep getting to it. As a disclaimer, I do have quite a few allergies, but something about this toy made most of the areas of my crotch that it came into contact with feel itchy and uncomfortable for a while. This has made me a bit reluctant to try it again - it feels good, but not good enough that I'm willing to put up with the itiching afterwards.

When I ordered this toy, for some reason I was expecting it to have some kind of a hard outer casing. However, it is totally soft and squishy. It's all made of the same material, TPR, which is apparently hypo-allergenic and phthalate free. However, it does feel a lot like a jelly toy (possibly because TPR and jelly toys are both made from rubber), and as I mentioned earlier this toy appears to have been causing a slight reaction in me (basically, making all of the genital areas that it touched feel itchy and uncomfortable for a while).

Contrary to the image, this toy is totally clear and glittery, and does not have any kind of blue colouring detail on the inside. It still feels a little bit sticky to the touch, and it also still has quite a strong smell. This smell was noticeable as soon as I removed it from the packaging almost two months ago, and it hasn't gone away since.

This toy has a rather odd design, but it does have several different textures on the inside which provide a good variety of stimulations. Also, by covering the hole at the bottom with my finger I was able to provide a bit of suction, which definitely improved my experiences.

It's squishy enough that I had to hold it around the middle in order to make it firm enough for me penetrate and thrust into, but once I figured out the best positioning this was fine. I also found that it was possible to penetrate the hole in the flat bottom of this toy thus making this toy potentially reversible, with two different holes which can be penetrated. Having a fairly small dick, it was actually a bit easier for me to more deeply penetrate this hole, because I didn't have all of the external mouth details getting in the way like I did with the other end of the toy.

This masturbation toy is in no way discreet and is clearly a sex toy--it's clear and full of glitter, and has a very obvious fake mouth at one end. It's not too huge so I suppose that it is fairly easy to hide. In comparison to something like a Fleshlight, it's definitely not easy to conceal if travelling.

I have found it fairly easy to clean this toy after use, but that is probably because I am unable to penetrate too far into it, and I also didn't come in it.

Do not use boiling water to sanitise this toy, as it will probably melt it. All it needs is some warm water and mild soap, but I have also used the toy cleaning wipes that I got with my order, and they seemed to work fine. The one disadvantage with cleaning this toy that I have come across is that unlike several other masturbator toys that I have, due to the bend in this toy I can't turn it inside out to dry.

I used a water-based lube with it, and the material guide for TPR here on EF suggests that only silicone and water-based lubes be used with this toy.

As the images under the "Product Details" heading for this product show, the packaging for this toy is definitely not discreet. It comes in a cardboard box with a lingerie-clad woman on it, and clearly states that it is a "Deep Throat Masturbator." The toy itself was wrapped in a plastic bag and there were no instructions included regarding use.
