The primary function of this sleeve is to give a male partner a little extra oomph. However, this sleeve also works tremendously well as a toy enhancer as well. As far as wearing it goes, it doesn't take much foreknowledge or effort to make it work. A bit of caution is necessary for those on the receiving end of this sleeve, as it dramatically intensifies a sexual encounter, due to the many nubs covering its length.

The material is fairly stretchy. Caution should be used when applying this sleeve to larger lengths/girths, as well as to dildos or vibrators so that you do not inadvertently rip the side of the sleeve. The texture is smooth. However, the dozens of nubs all across the length of the sleeve offer a rather intense experience that could be more suited to an advanced player, rather than a first-timer.

Overall the design is fairly perfect. The nubs offer a lot of sensation, and the only downside I have yet to encounter would be the bulbous head of the sleeve, which can make insertion somewhat of a chore. The strap near the base fits comfortably around the balls, whether real or fake, and keeps the sleeve snugly in place. It's fairly comfortable to wear, though larger guys may need to slap on more lube to help get it into place.

First off, if using this with a dildo or vibrator, be cautious when putting it into place. You can easily tear if you try to overstretch the sides. A toy with balls is preferable, due to the strap being able to help hold the sleeve in place during playtime. A rotational toy works wonders with a sleeve like this, as it continually strokes all those little nubs around inside you. Or else just rotate the toy you use it with for extra fun.

This is a TPE item, so only place it on another toy during playtime. Immediately remove it when you are finished. If not, you may return to find the sleeve has degraded and started coming apart, depending on the type of toy you place it on.

As far as intensity or noise, the intensity runs from 1-5 based on how fast you use it, same with noise. Which can be said about a lot of sex toys. This one can make a bit more noise and some mess. A towel underneath you is preferable during usage.

Lastly, make sure you clean yourself out thoroughly before using this item for anal play. The reasons for this should be fairly obvious to most.
