The Tenga Flex is the first masturbator sleeve I have used. The way it is made makes it great for any size, and the material feels high quality and durable. This is mostly an independent toy, but we did use it together for a bit and it was very satisfying for the both of us.
The case's design is flexible enough to apply any desired pressure and the opening allows for a nice vacuum feeling. Those added features set it apart from others for the same price, and it gives more options for sensations.
Cleaning is super easy, the top flips to allow for it to be used as a drying stand which works perfectly fine. However, I find it just as easy to flip the sleeve inside out to wash and dry as well, as the material feels like it would take a lot of effort to rip or puncture.
