This was the first "ring" toy for me and my wife. I wasn't sure how she would respond (being even more conservative than I am), but it doesn't look threatening, and she was open minded about it.

This ring has no strong smells, and the texture is soft and flexible. It stretches easily to fit over the shaft and testicles, yet is snug enough to help maintain an erection. The nubs on the rings don't do much for me, but they make it look like a studded collar, so it must be more of a visual thing.

To put it on, use some good lube, and slide the smaller ring down over the shaft, with the larger loop to the front. (If you get it backwards, it's easier to spin it around than try to stretch the loop over long-ways.) Once it's all the way down, slip the testicles through the larger loop. The ring acts to restrict blood flow out of the penis, which helps strengthen your erection.

One practice pointer: If you've never "manscaped," prepare for some pulled hairs. At the very least, trim the hair around your shaft and balls, and you'll save yourself some uncomfortable moments during and after. If you're clean shaven, you shouldn't have any problems. I enjoy it more if I've shaved the day or two prior to using it.

My wife loved the visuals, as it causes the penis to swell with blood and look larger and more solid, and lifts the testicles as if presenting them for display. I enjoyed the sensations, especially the feeling of fullness, and it helped provide additional "staying power" during intercourse.

Clean-up is simple: wash with warm mild soapy water and dry with a towel.

Because this does restrict blood flow some, use common sense, and don't wear it for extended periods of time. Use good judgment here.
