My measurements are 38 " in the waist. This product runs true to size from company to user. The waist band of this product grips tightly and snugly to ensure there is no falling or slipping. The product does tend to ride up in the rear though. Overall this product is very comfortable; the fabric feels like silk, and the pouch gives great support to your cock and balls.
