This toy is intended for men, but couples can certainly enjoy it together.

One great aspect of this toy is it can be used three different ways:
- handheld with one or two hands (or by a partner)
- handheld using just the insert (or by a partner)
- hands free with the suction cup on either horizontal or vertical surfaces. With the suction cup attached, the masturbator may be positioned on either a table/desk or onto a flat wall, like in the shower, although this is not considered water-resistant. While the suction cup does not have any lock down features, this holds on pretty well through semi-vigorous thrusting. Attach this to a smooth surface because it will lose its grip on a textured surface.

There was a strong chemical smell upon removing this from the plastic wrap it came in, but that quickly disappeared.

The case is hard, but velvety soft plastic and the insert is soft TPR. There are visible seams in the case, but they are not rough or noticeable.

The inside of the insert has a few small nodules in it but they may be just from manufacturing. They were not detectable during use.

The outside of this toy is very sleek, with cool black and red curved design with chrome rings on each end. There are two buttons to control the inside vibrator. One is purely power on/off. The other cycles through the functions of which there are 30 variations across 4 levels of vibration including extended highs and increasing strength. The large end has a red cap that screws on and off to cover the realistic looking pink labia and vaginal opening inside. The smaller end has a black cap that screws on and off. This end houses the four AAA batteries. The cap can be replaced by the screw-on suction cup mount.

The soft removable masturbator inside has an available insertable length of 6" with the inside vibrator at 3.75" in. The material of the insert if very flexible though it might be too tight for larger diameter men. You'll want to use plenty of lube.

With the caps on both ends it is 10" long and 3.5" wide at its widest. With the black and bright red coloring and approaching 2 pounds in weight, this is not a discreet toy and would not be easy to travel with.

This is a fairly heavy toy. Complete with suction cup it weighs over 26 ounces.

The vibrating function is very strong and hence fairly loud. In a quiet space you may well be heard in the next room, though using the vibrator is optional. When turned off it can be used pretty quietly.

The suction cup worked better at sticking to most surfaces than I expected. On a flat smooth surface like tile it's a very tight hold. The entire cup is a semi-flexible rubber-like material and as such has a bit of give when pushed, allowing the entire toy to flex around a bit when being used hands free.

The one issue with the design is that the insert is open on the far (inside) end so any lube and other fluids will invariably leak into the toy. Cleaning the inside of this toy is very difficult and not something you want to do. Try simply wrapping the back of the insert in a sandwich size plastic bag before putting the insert into the casing. That works very well at keeping all liquids contained and make clean up much easier. This toy is not water-resistant, so rinsing the case that holds the battery and motor is not recommended.

Use this with silicone or water based lube. Remove the insert and wash with warm soapy water or toy cleaner. TPR is semi-porous, so use condoms when sharing this toy.

The masturbator came wrapped lightly in clear plastic wrap and brown paper around the outside. The insert was inside the case and had a thin protective clear plastic covering it underneath the included cap. There was no labeling or instructions, though it's fairly self-explanatory.

Our first experience with this toy was my man lying on his back while we took turns stroking the masturbator up and down on him. He found keeping the vibration on a medium to high level setting worked best and loved using it on himself while I played with his other parts.

Since then he has used it solo and finds that handheld with vibration on is his preferred method while using the suction cup "seems to be a bit odd, like fucking a wall."
