Upon taking it out of the package, I noticed it had a strong scent to it. Not an unpleasant smell, but just a basic rubbery smell. Since it's made from jelly material, it's got a bit of give to it, so that was a bonus. The ring itself is smooth, while the part that goes against the clit is raised and nubby.

For a cock ring, it seemed a bit large at first, but once my husband put it on, the size was just fine. It has a bit of stretch to it, so it should work for the average male. The bullet goes into the top of the ring, and fits nicely inside the space for it. It's pretty easy to put on, as long as you use lube with it. Since it's jelly, the best lube for jelly toys is water based. Do not use petroleum based lubes, as it can degrade the toy. My husband was pretty satisfied with the fit, no issues with comfort. As far as it working for the woman, it nestled nicely against my clit.

This has a separate corded bullet with a multi-speed battery/control pack with a thumb wheel. My husband stated he didn't like the thumb wheel control because it's not very friendly with larger fingers. Very basic, however, it's not made very well. The first one that arrived wouldn't work right out of the box. However, after moving it, it started right up. Apparently there was a short in the cord, so I sent it back for a replacement. So far, this one hasn't shown the short yet. Honestly, I think it's an error in design. Where the cord goes inside the bullet should have something to keep the cord from moving back and forth.

The box that it came in was a bit large for the size of the toy. It came with easy to read directions right on the box. However, the care instructions for it were lacking.

For me, the biggest thing was the fact that it's truly a hands-free device, so it was definitely different for me to be able to use my hands elsewhere for once. The only issue we had was trying to use it in the missionary position. The ring slipped off in trying to move to this position, and my hubby had to hold it on. Then positioning it was a little difficult, and it was just too bulky to be used missionary style. It would get uncomfortable during thrusting, so I personally recommend sticking to cowgirl position with it, or even reverse cowgirl(the vibrations feel great on his balls this way). I love this toy, however given the fact that it's poorly designed/manufactured, I cannot give it a full five stars like it needs.
