Does the job and then some! I purchased this pump because I didn't feel like I was getting the erection quality I used to get. I was always fine with my size, but as I got a little older, I felt like it just wasn't the same as it used to be when I was aroused. I currently use it about 4 days a week for about 20 minutes at my maximum size. The gains in girth have been substantial - both when erect and not erect.

I think you start to lose that a little over the years. The head of my penis gets quite full now during sexual activity at home. She notices for sure! That is the biggest benefit to my "training" - my erection quality has been greatly improved - longer and fuller with much more frequency. I find myself getting a lot more spontaneous erections as well throughout the week. It's like a time machine for me in that way, taking me back to the way I used to be.

I had never used a pump before and it took me a little time to experiment with what works the best. The following is some of what I have experienced and learned over the time I have had it:

-The cylinder is long enough for me with just a little bit of breathing room before the reaching pump mechanism (about half an inch left), but I could see someone on the really large side getting to the end. For most people like me though it should be fine.
-Be sure to trim yourself, as a lot of pubic hair will make it harder to seal against you.To get the best suction you will need to press the entire base over your pubic area.
-Lube the inner ring well! When I first saw the hole I thought they had to be kidding. Be very careful to not over lube, particularly avoid lube getting onto your scrotum. It can be quite an unpleasant experience if you get a testicle sucked in. I tend to apply a slight downward pressure and keep one hand at the base pushing my balls away.
-Once I achieve the desired level of fullness in the tube. I use the power button repeatedly as needed. The power button works as a start/stop with a short press, and a long press turns it on or off.
-After 20 minutes at maximum size, I hold down the minus button until all the pressure is released, then immediately hold down the power button until it turns off. This way I don't forget and leave it on, running out the battery.
-I charge it every 2 times
-Do not try to make yourself orgasm after you are done. I am often very turned on, but I find it is better for my long term results to not orgasm right after a "training" session and just do something else.
-After a session, it can be a little difficult to remove yourself after letting the pressure out - the opening in the rubber seal ring is very small. I find that if I put some more lube right at the base, and run my finger around it as I am trying to pull out it helps greatly.
-I find it is best to wear loose fitting clothes and underwear for the first few hours after a session. It keeps the fullness going longer, which I think helps the long term erection results.
-I never do more than 2 "training" days in a row, and always allow for 24 hours between sessions. You need time to adapt and heal so that you can keep getting a long term benefit. You don't want to cause injuries or scarring.
-A session usually takes about 30 minutes. Two minutes to set up, about 5 minutes to reach maximum size, then 20 minutes at maximum size (I never take it to a level that hurts - don't do that!). And finally about 3 minutes to clean up and do after care - lotion, put on comfortable loose clothing etc.
-The bottom line is it takes practice. After about a week of sessions, you can do it without thinking about it very much.

I wanted to do a follow up review as I have been using this consistently for about a year. I have a very good routine I follow. The main reason I bought this was to help my erection quality as I have gotten a little older. It has definitely done that.

I don't know if a lot of the benefits are just going back to what I had years ago, but I can definitely say my erections have gotten bigger since I have been using this. My wife has definitely noticed.

A lot of information out there says that pumping either has no lasting benefits to size or very minimal benefits. That all sounds true when you first look at some stats. Charting my measurements, I have increased by length by about 4% and my girth about 8%.

That doesn't sound like much until you realize that what you should really be measuring is total cubic inches in volume. Given that the penis is roughly a cylinder, a 4% increase in length, and an 8% increase in girth, is a total increase of 21.4% in volume! I think that is significant. The head of my penis also is a little fuller and noticeably thicker at the ridge.

My wife really struggles giving me blowjobs right now, which is quite a turn on.

Like I said, this may have been just getting back to what I used to be years ago, but I definitely recommend this pump and a consistent routine.
