I know it's a shock, guys, but I don't have a penis. When I see cool-looking toys like this I have to rent out the boyfriend's. It's awful being him, isn't it?

The Hand Solo is definitely a solo toy. It's designed to sit in your hand as you jack off, not somebody else's. The angles just don't work out for us if we try to use it together. It feels good, but I'm not able to get it 'just right' for him so that he's able to get off.

He'd like it a little more if it wrapped around all the way, but the current design means that it will work for anybody's penis. Hand Solo can't be too tight or too loose. If this were made for me, the best part would be that it's waterproof. The boyfriend wasn't too impressed and hasn't tried it in the shower. Maybe next time I'll get him a toy he CAN'T get wet so he'll be more appreciative.

Silicone is so wonderful. I've been hunting for a silicone sleeve for a long time. The ones I've looked at in the past were too rigid to be enjoyable. This one is solid enough to really feel the texture, but since it's open you can control exactly how much pressure the nubs are pressing down with.

There's no smell or taste right out of the box, but I've noticed that the silicone tends to hold onto the smell of the lube even after being cleaned. As long as you don't use anything stinky on it, I can't imagine this being a problem.

The design is what drew me to this toy. I love seeing toys that aren't realistic but still look interesting. A lot of thought went into the Hand Solo, and you can tell. It might be the coolest looking thing I've ever seen that was made to put penises in.

The size and fit should be perfect for almost everybody. When I hold it, I do feel like it's a little large, but I have tiny woman hands. If you don't wear watches that are marketed toward five year olds, the fit will be fine.

This is a discreet toy in that it doesn't look like a typical sleeve. It's small enough that I wouldn't worry about it while traveling. I don't know what else you would say it was if it was found, though. Maybe a weird pull up bar handle?

The bullet is supposedly award-winning. I wasn't too impressed, and neither was he. It only has one speed and we're scared to try to pull it out of the toy. In theory it's removable. I can't find anything to grab onto to get it out, though. I'm scared I'll break it.

The vibrations are a medium level, which is what I guess you should opt for when making a one speed bullet. A good improvement to make in a possible Hand solo 2.0 would be vibration patterns. At least it's not too intense. Or noisy! Hand Solo has about the same noise level as my cell phone. Overall it seems like a solid, reliable bullet. I'm just not sure why it's so celebrated when it only has one setting.

First off, use water-based lube. Only water-based lube, okay?

Cleaning for this is easier than any of our other boy toys. You don't have to flip anything inside out and wait for it to dry! I always feel like I'm going to rip his toys apart when I have to turn them inside out. If you can get the bullet out, you should be able to boil this toy for extra sterilization. I tried using a toy wipe on it, but you really have to stick it under running water to fully clean it.

After it's rinsed out, we stick it on the plastic insert it came with to dry. Then it goes back in the box and to its home under our bed. Easy peasy to clean and just as easy to store, just make sure you don't let it touch another silicone toy. There's a good chance one of the toys would become melty or deformed.

I was surprised at how classy the packaging looks. It comes in a triangular, clear plastic box. The blue toy looks particularly nice in the blue packaging. I assumed all the toys had a matching box color, but it looks like they don't.

The whole box is fairly small and is one of the few boxes we've kept to use for storage. There's no informational insert once you open it, just a rounded sheet of plastic to hold the Hand Solo. There's a penis painted on it. It's kind of cute. This plastic comes in handy for drying your toy off later.

The only information missing from the packaging is how many speeds the vibrating bullet has. Some adult toy stores don't have display models. Before I converted to Eden it was always really important for me to know how many speeds something had. I'm sure some guys feel the same way I did. I would pass on toys that didn't have this information on the box.
