This was probably the worst experience with a sex toy that I've ever had. I don't ever expect a toy to cause me pain and that's all I really got out of this. I would recommend avoiding this and going for something a little higher quality with a manual pump.

The Automatic Rock Hard Pump by Cal Exotic left me soft and as many times as I tried to use it I finally gave up and threw it out.
Let me start off by saying I do really enjoy suction on my penis and was hoping that this would be able to provide it any time that I wanted. What I actually found is that the "silicone" sleeve that it came with was not only too small for me but also poorly designed. I consider myself about average thickness and only with some lube I was able to just barely squeeze inside. I did try without the sleeve and couldn't get a good enough seal to obtain any sort of suction whatsoever. The sleeve is claimed to be made of silicone although feels like a harder type of plastic to me.
The opening of the sleeve comes to 4 points that I found to be sharp and scratchy. When I did try with suction these just stabbed further into me and the pain completely masked any pleasure I would have got from this pump. Trying to get back out was much worse when it essentially Chinese finger trapped my penis; The more I pulled the more the points from the sleeve dug in.
The pump itself was much larger than I expected but performed very well. As you can see from the pictures, it's almost as big as the vacuum cylinder itself. I was impressed by how much suction it created and I was never able to max it out. The design allowed for easy one hand operation to both create and release vacuum. Very simple to use, just slide the switch on to start the pump and then back off to stop it. On the opposite side there is a button that when pressed in releases all vacuum. It appears to be cheaply made and after a few uses the vacuum release button on mine quit working leaving me to have to pull the hose out. 2 AA Batteries were already installed when the unit arrived allowing for instant use. One major drawback from having an electric pump is the noise. Trust me it is noisy, enough that somebody in the next room would wonder what was going on.
Overall I was disappointed with the design and quality of this product.
