The Automatic Rock Hard Pump is used to provide larger erections, and to help someone suffering from erectile dysfunction (ED). There is no squeezing, or pressure gauges to read. This product is made of several different materials. I will go over each material and what part of the product it is used on.

Lets start with the most important part, the silicone sleeve.

The sleeve is made from silicone. silicone is a flexible, heat-resistant, non-porous, nonstick, rubber-like material that requires very little maintenance. Silicone is a polymer that contains silicone with carbon, hydrogen, oxygen, and sometimes other chemical elements. One benefit of silicone is that it last a very long time. However, the law states that a product of only 10% silicone can be legally labeled as a silicone product, while the other 90% could be made of different or a mixture of lesser expensive (and quality) materials.


The cylinder and controller are made from a material called Acrylonitrile butadiene styrene (often abbreviated as ABS). Acrylonitrile butadiene styrene is a common thermoplastic used to make light, rigid, molded products such as piping and a wide varitey of other objects (Golf club handles, Musical instruments, EST.). It is a copolymer made by polymerizing styrene and acrylonitrile in the presence of polybutadiene.

The hose is made from the material called PVC, a fairly common plastic material. The light, water resistant and long lasting plastic called PVC is made up of polyvinyl chloride.

If you chose to use a pump lubricant, you should make sure it is a water-based lubricant. Silicone and petroleum-based oils will damage the sleeve. Silicone lubricant should never be used with a silicone product (such as this pump, this pump has a silicone sleeve).

The design of the controller is quite bulky, It has some weight to it. There are only two buttons on this controller, an on/off switch and a release valve. The control is designed to look like other manual pumps, the bulb though being hard plastic.

It said on the package that you could remove the silicone sleeve and use the product also. After being less than successful with the sleeve (which felt like rubber, but is actually silicone) I removed the sleeve. I had the same disappointing results.

I like the automatic concept, it makes for less work. I like the release valve, which is great for safety. I did not need the safe valve for obvious reasons (which you will read about further on in my review).

Maybe my pump was faulty due to some internal malfunction, but I got no suction. In my opinion they could have put a suction setting on the device to improve it's concept, for example a light, medium, and high suction settings.

This product is supposed to give a fair amount of suction, I did not get any out of this pump. The heavy and bulky controls give off a very loud buzz, and there are only two buttons, an on/off switch and a release valve. I noticed a sort of light burning scent coming from it when applied, this is evidence that the product may be poorly designed.

This product has only two functions, one to make a suction, two to release the suction. The first is not provided, rendering the second useless.

This pump comes in basically three parts (one being attached and I would not remove). This makes cleaning the pump a little more time consuming. I will walk you through how to properly clean your pump.

Please follow these simple instructions to clean your pump.

Cleaning the Silicone Sleeve:
1. Remove the sleeve from the plastic tube
2. Rinse off
3. Apply mild soap or toy cleaner
4. Rinse off the soap
5. Let dry

Cleaning the Tube and the connecting attachment (The connecting attachment is optional):

1. Remove sleeve, and make sure to un-attach the controller
2. Rinse the tube inside and out, you may also rinse off the connector
3. Apply mild soap (or toy cleaner) to inside and outside of tube, you may apply mild soap to connector
4. Rinse off all the applied soap

Cleaning the controller:

1. You can clean this off with a wet/damp wash cloth
2. You may apply (very lightly) mild soap
3. Use a wet/damp cloth to rid the controller of the soap

You should be very careful when washing the control; you may not even need to wash the control.

The package is nicely done, There are no pictures of penises (In the background there is a guy's abdomen and boxer shorts, but it is hardly noticeable) or even vaginas. The design is simple. On the cover there is a simple picture of the pump itself. The background is comprised mostly of warm colors, while the white text stands out as it was meant to.

I am a person who does not absolutely need to be larger, I am happy with my size (around 8 inches) but an extra inch or two that could be provided would certainly not be turned down. This pump is supposed to provide that along with a cure for ED (Erectile Dysfunction). I do not have ED, but If I did, this pump would not be the pump I would want.

If the pump was to function as designed (or as conceived), this would be a great pump. Who knows, Maybe I got a faulty product, or maybe a lot of these pumps are faulty due to design. I am sure if you contacted the place you bought this product from can give you information on how (if) to return.

It was a little bit aggravating to find that there was no instructions whatsoever included with this pump. Wither it is easy or not to put together or use, you should always include instructions.

I tried everything to make this pump work as designed. I noticed where you connect the connecting tube to the control, even at this part of the product there is no suction. Leading me to conclude that the problem is with the controller itself.

I personally, professionally, and with good conscious can not recommend this product to anyone. As great as the concepts are, the product does not deliver. I am giving this product a one star out of five stars. The nice materials they used are useless since the product itself did not perform.
