My fiance and I used this toy as a couple. We have used other rings before so we have previous experience using them. The Flame Thrower is more complicated than your general cock-ring as it has several different ways that you can position the bullet. The material is very stretchy and smooth. I (female) enjoyed the almost jelly like feel because it did not irritate me when my fiance wore it. My fiance (male) did say that it was a bit tight and would recommend using lubricant when putting it on.
