This toy is intended to assist with maintaining and prolonging an erection by slightly restricting the blood flow to the genitals. There are three rings to fit along the length of the shaft and one larger ring to fit around the base of the testicles. There are bumps along the top to provide additional stimulation to your partner. This will work best with men of average penis thickness, because although it does stretch quite far, it does not do so comfortably on a larger penis.

This toy is soft and stretchy, however I did not see the material mentioned on the packaging. It does specify using water-based lube, so be sure to. It is very smooth, and slightly see-through. The bumps along the top are rounded points, to assist in stimulation of the vagina or anus. I did not notice any smell from this toy. Be careful putting it on if you have testicle hair, as it is very easy to catch or snag hairs.

This is a great idea, however it simply did not work for us. My husband's penis is approximately 7 inches long, 6 inches around, and 2 1/2 inches across at the widest point. Lengthwise, this worked just fine for him - one ring fit at the base, center, and just below the head of his penis. However, the rings are far too small to be comfortable. He tried putting it on both semi-soft and hard, both were equally uncomfortable and a mood-killer for him. When he put it on hard, it actually killed his erection, rather than enhancing it, because the rings are too tight for him.

Dimensions are as follows:
Large ring: The inside or hole of the ring is 2 inches in diameter, unstretched. This will stretch to fit around my wrist, approximately 3 inches in diameter, however if I pull it any farther up my arm, it is uncomfortably tight, as it was for my husband's testicles.
Small rings: The inside or hole is 1 inch in diameter, unstretched. I would recommend this for men in the 1 1/2 - 1 3/4 inch range, maybe up to 2 inches. If you are as thick as my husband, this will be painful rather than pleasurable.
Length: From large ring to the top small ring, this is 2 1/2 inches long as measured along the ridge on the top.

I wash all of my toys in an antibacterial toy soap, rinse, and dry with a lint-free cloth. It's small, so it stores about anywhere and would travel easily.

This comes in a box with the product image, which is shipped inside a larger, standard post office box, filled with brown paper to keep the product from moving around during shipping. Inside the product box, it is packaged in a plastic bag. There are no instructions, but the bottom of the box does warn not to use for longer than 30 minutes at a time, to allow 60 minutes between uses, that it is not meant for birth control or treatment of erection disorders, and not to fall asleep or be under the influence of alcohol or drugs while using.
