One usually thinks of an extender for adding more length. They do more than just that. This particular one gives more length, girth, and bigger head. Exactly what we both love. I placed this extender on the Sex-Machine. I can tell you it made the machine much better. The included dildo was ok but a little small, stiff, and short for us. And the G-Spot extender has a big soft cushy head.

This is luxury silicone. Meaning there's hardly any scent, drag and it is very, very soft. The lack of drag is very important. You would want anyone's vaginal or rectum to feel uncomfortable. There is, of course, a seam, but it can not be felt. As a matter of fact, I had to search for it. I wouldn't have bothered, however, the review guidelines asked.

The hole on the bottom is to go over your testicles. It's to secure it while thrusting. The product page says it can help your stamina. I don't think the hole helped my stamina. The firm head and covering did help me last longer, though. It dulled the sensation a little, but I could still feel her on my head.

This made me 1 1/2" longer and 1/4" thicker. It was a tight fit when I entered her. However, once she warmed up, it was a wonderful experience for both of us. I felt really good giving her a larger one. I also lasted way past my usual 7- 12 mins. I didn't put every inch in though the first time. I wanted her to enjoy it and want to request the bigger me when in the mood.

I chose this in particular for the rounded head. I also thought the hole to secure it was a great idea. Some extenders are tight to secure it and not comfortable. The stretchy soft silicone made this very comfortable. The main thing is if it's comfortable for her. It was snug around my testicles, but I found it arousing.

This will fit guy's up to 5 3/4" inches long. It's 5 1/2" long but will stretch to accommodate 5 3/4" easily. Past that, you will chance ripping the testicle holder.

I found the easiest way to get this on and off was to roll it up, then roll it on the penis or dildo.



If you are longer than 6 inches, this won't fit you. Of course, if I had 6 inches, I wouldn't need an extender. If you are shorter than 5 1/4", I wouldn't recommend this either. There will be a gap between the head and your own penis head.

Since I was in a hurry to get this on, I put a little water-based lubricant on my penis before unrolling and pulling it taunt. That made it quicker to get on.
