First off, my experience in wearing thongs is well rounded. Having worn them for close to 10 years now, I've owned countless brands and styles.

When I ordered this thong I somewhat had my doubts given the size availability. (Small/Medium or Large/Extra Large) My previous experience told me that underwear offering only two sizes would hence toward a questionable fit. Unfortunately my suspicions were correct. After washing the thong, I've worn it a total of five times. After giving it five chances to change my mind I gave up. The fit of the thong is just awkward. I'm a 34 waist guy and the crotch strap is quite snug after putting it on and wearing it long enough for it to find its natural position. The pouch area is sufficient in length but I found by jewels more than once were falling out of the sides. The sides do have an elastic material but didn't seem to conform to my body like it should. The material is smooth enough to wear under shorts/pants without being detected. One advantage to having a shorter crotch strap is the inability to ride up in the rear, keeping fears of it playing peek-a-boo to a minimum.

I wouldn't recommend wearing this for an entire day, on my second attempt I put it through the paces of a full day of activities. People who wear thongs know that comfortable thongs fit well enough that you forget you are wearing one. Unfortunately, that wasn't the case with this one as I was aware the entire day what I was wearing and spent countless instances squirming around trying to relieve the pressure in my crotch from the short strap. Having said that, limiting this to an evening out occasion is your best bet.

Appearance wise this thong looks nice. My girlfriend complimented on the look and the soft feel of the material.
