If you read what the promotional material says, and expect exactly that from the use of this product, you will get a great product. If you're expecting a miracle of another sort in this box, you will be greatly disappointed. Let me elaborate.

The Miracle Pump claims to help you obtain a hard erection. In fact, it is called a Penis Pump. On the side of the box one of the warnings says; apply the minimum amount of vacuum pressure necessary to achieve an erection. So if you are looking for something to help you get an erection, and maybe over a period of years add some girth to your penis, this is a great product. If you're planning on placing your six to seven inch dick inside this tube and turning it into something that would embarrass a horse, forget it.

Be sure and use a lot of lubrication. Not only do you need that for the ease of any discomfort sliding yourself into this pump, but you also need it to help provide the seal needed to maintain the suction. Put the lubricant not only on yourself, but also on the base of the rubber sleeve. Otherwise, it is possible to lose vacuum and not get your desired results.
