My wife and I decided to get this Xtend It Kit for both of us to experience how additional depth would feel; this toy will for sure do that. Disappointingly, the sleeve is slightly thick for me to feel anything. So while she was getting the satisfaction she was seeking, I was not. This toy could be used by beginners and the more sexually experienced. It does take some work to get the sleeve on, and once it's on the penis, it feels slightly awkward.

This product's feel is incredible. The texture of the material is very lifelike in both feel and appearance. The material is soft, but it is still stiff enough to pleasure the person it penetrates. The sheath is very stretchy, allowing it to fit properly and remain perfectly on the penis during intercourse. The stimulation was fantastically pleasurable for my wife, yet the sleeve was too thick around my penis to give me any sensation while we were having sex.

The design and shape of this toy are great. It's molded to simulate a penis, just a slightly larger penis than what I have. There is a second extension you can insert into the sleeve that will extend the length even further. However, it made it so long I felt like the sleeve would fall off. You can trim off the excess portion of the sleeve with scissors to get a customized fit. It took us some time to figure out how to put on the sleeve. The easiest way is by rolling the sleeve over the second extension, and down my penis like a condom. Most men with an average penis length of 4 to 5 inches can use this kit without any problem. Any penis shorter than that or less than 1 inch in diameter might have trouble getting this toy to stay on. The length of this toy will unquestionably reach the depths of whatever crevice it gets put in.
