The WooHoo vibrating cock ring is a toy that can be both for the pleasure of the person wearing it and their partner. It is to be worn, as the second half of the title may indicate, around the penis, but can also be felt during penetration by both parties.

It creates vibrations for your partner, while also vibrating his taint area and the testes in addition to the penis. The ring itself applies pressure around the penis and can help delay orgasm, intensifying it. Unlike some cock rings, this one is designed to fit around the testicles as well as just around the penis!

The Screaming O's ring is made up of a stretchy material called TPR silicone. This material allows it to maintain its original shape, even with a lot of stretching and tugging. It is soft and squishy, similar to the material you'd expect in some sort of a gel shoe insert.

This toy is nothing but texture. The top portion of the toy, where the first bullet is inserted, has a series of nubs which are to provide clitoral stimulation. There is then some texture around the area where the penis is to be inserted, and a series of connected bumps to create the ring that the testicles will fit inside of. Finally, there are more nubs surrounding the end of the ring that will press against the taint and underside of the testicles, as well as potentially provide stimulation for the partner. Opposite of those nubs are four raised ridges, which are what actually brush up against the taint, providing texture and added pressure on the area.



There is absolutely no taste to the material; however, there is a very faint smell, almost like hot plastic. This smell does go away after a few uses or washes.

Also, with this material, you will want to be aware that it does collect lint, pet hair, and anything else it can pick up. In addition to that, it does drag across the skin without lubricant, and so it can also pull at your pubes or hair if it gets tangled in the mix.

The bullets themselves are blue, like the rest of the toy, and made up of a hard plastic. They are somewhat tricky to pull out and put back in, but if you stretch the sheaths a bit and slip them over the bullets, it makes it easier. The buttons to the bullets have a rubbery feel to them, and the entire set is waterproof.

The design of the toy allows for the most amount of pleasure possible for both parties involved. There are two powerful bullets separated by two differently shaped and sized rings. One of the rings, which is the larger of the two, is meant to be slipped over the penis, and the other is to be wrapped around the testicles.



Excluding the buttons on the bullets, the bullet closest to the penis ring is 2 1/4" long, and the other bullet is 2.5" long when inserted into the sheaths. Unstretched, the entire length of the toy is 3 3/4" long, but it can stretch to 6" safely. The cock ring portion itself is just under 1" for the inner circumference and can stretch to about 2 1/4" around. The ring that goes around the testicles is slightly smaller unstretched, but can stretch to 2" around. Both rings will fit snugly but should not be painful or uncomfortable.

The fact that the bullets can be removed makes it easier to clean, as well as to dry out after cleaning. The shape in general provides more stimulation to various areas of the body and for your partner, which many cock rings can not.

This vibrating cock ring is easy enough for beginners to figure out and easily use, but powerful enough and very comfortable for veteran users as well. To turn each of the bullets on you simply press the black button once, and then one more time to shut them off. It is very easy to turn on and off, which is great if you don't feel like fumbling with it to get it to work; however, this can also be a bad thing. It is easy to press the buttons with your body during use and shut the toy off, especially if being used with a partner. This means that if you are close to reaching that big "O", you could very likely end up having to start over again, which can be quite frustrating!

Aside from that slight issue, everything about the way this toy operates is basic and can be done one handed, aside from putting it on.

It takes 6 watch batteries, specifically the LR44 style batteries. To replace the batteries you can simply pull back on the sheath your bullet slips in to, slightly twist the top of the bullet, and then pull the cap off. The batteries easily slide out and then back in again, and they should last you at least an hour and a half of constant use. Then, to put the cap back on after your batteries are inserted, line up your ridges and twist back on!

This toy should only be cleaned with warm water and antibacterial soap, toy cleaner, or toy wipes. To clean it a bit more thoroughly, you may use isopropyl alcohol; however, it can not be sterilized fully. It would also be difficult to share by wearing a condom, because of the way the toy is worn. It can be fully submerged in water, because it is waterproof, which makes cleaning a little bit easier.

This type of material should only be used with water-based lubricants, which also make applying this toy a lot easier. This type of lubricant is easier to clean off of the body as well as the toy, and a quick rinse with soap and water should get it completely off of you and your toy.

It is recommended that both before and after each use, you wash off your toy. Not only does this keep it free from bacteria and germs, but it also helps to remove any dust, hair or other particles that may stick to the toy before you use it.

This toy comes packaged in a plastic clamshell type packaging. It is not discreet at all, and isn't the best for permanent storage due to its size in comparison to the toy. Something like a pouch or toy box would be the best place to store your toy once you have taken it out of the original packaging.

The insert gives general information on how the toy should work, be worn, and what each individual part is for. There is typical company information and warning labels, as well as a neat diagram on the back to show how it should look when worn. It is nothing fancy, but is actually fairly informative for this type of packaging!

I think that I enjoyed this a little bit more than my partner did, because I was a fan of the strong vibrations and texture. He didn't dislike the toy, but thought there were some things that could be improved on.

He felt that the material, even with lubrication, created too much drag against the skin. We are both shaven, but even if there is a little stubble, the material tends to pull. There are slots in the ring where the penis is to be inserted, and sometimes, while placing the ring over the penis, these begin to turn inside out, which also catches the skin. He said that the texture for him wasn't as great as he'd have expected during use, based on how prominent it is on the toy. The nubs are so flexible, that while you can feel them, you can't distinguish between each section of nubs.



For me, I liked the way the texture felt on my clit, though for women who aren't shaven, the hair over the pubic bone might prevent the level of friction that I noticed, by the pubic hair pushing the nubs away. Again, the flexibility of the nubs is, really, what causes this.

Aside from that, the vibrations were strong, and we both enjoyed incorporating this into our foreplay, but because of the occasional pinching we didn't use it for more than about 20-30 minutes at a time.

I would also like to add that for men who are not circumcised, this pulls back pretty hard on the foreskin. This wasn't a problem for us, but if you experience any pain while pulling back on your foreskin, this may not be for you.
