Having only used the larger, "snap-close" type (designed for your full package) before, I was interested in the performance of a ring at the base of my shaft. All the increasing variety of sexual devices inspired me to give this a shot. The size and stretching ability of it are perfect. The snug fit of the Doo ring really makes my veins pop! It's easiest to put on when you're totally limp, but it will stretch around a full erection. Although the size seems puny, the pliable material allows it to expand without becoming painfully restrictive (a definite plus!). The small tabs on this style of the Doo ring make for good grips when removing.
I've used mine regularly with water-based lube only since receiving it and then clean thoroughly with hand soap. This was the most recommended way to clean and maintain items made of this material. It still looks brand new, with no tears or distortion! At a low price, it's definitely worth trying. My one suggestion is to definitely keep track of where you keep it, because of the size. Maybe an arrangement of several of them would make for satisfying sensations alone or with a partner!
As with all cock rings, be careful to not leave it on past the point that it becomes uncomfortable or irritating: this can cause medical problems.
