This is a silicone infinity ring that does a pretty good job as a cock ring and a testicle ring all in one. Its use is intended to prolong and add pleasure to both, the person wearing it and their partner. Both rings are equal size and shape, so there is no wrong way to wear this, one side slides over you, or your partner's penis, to restrict blood flow and keep it hard and engorged during play. It can also help a bit with holding back on ejaculation because of this restriction. The other ring can be stretched over your balls to stretch them out a bit, leaving them more vulnerable to getting slapped around a bit and also help slow down the ejaculating response as well by restricting the flow of semen a bit.

The infinity ring is made from hypo-allergenic, body safe silicone, silky smooth and nonporus. It is stretchy enough to slide over the base of your cock and around your balls. Remember to never use silicone based lubricant with silicone toys, the interactions can cause the silicone to break down over time and become unsafe to use completely. Use a water-based lube, or my favorite coconut oil works great. As far as the cock ring portion, it is pretty easy and straightforward to get on, but the other ring can be a bit more tricky, especially once lubed up. Being 3/4" inner diameter and 1 3/4" once stretched, it will still fit a good variety of sizes.
