"One Shot" a pretty good idea, but...

As far as discretion goes...if you take off the plastic cover with the girl on it, Cover it looks pretty plain The One-Shot. But if you had your bag checked at the airport it might be pretty obvious as to what it is.

As far as care and maintenance goes, that's what makes this toy great...for 10 bucks, you buy this toy, and when you get horny, you slip your hard-on inside, pump away, and after you cum...just toss it.
