To properly wear this cock ring please follow these instructions:

1. Become semi-erect (Cock rings are easier to put on a semi-erect penis)
2. Apply lubricant to penis and ring (This is optional)
3. Slide the ring onto the head of the penis and down the shaft to the base of the penis.

It should also be noted that it is possible to still wear a condom with a cock ring. You should put the condom on first, and then you should put on the cock ring second.

Even though I would not recommend this with this ring, you can wear this ring behind the scrotum. I do not know this was part of the design, it was not stated on the package, but it is possible. I recommend you using it the way I mentioned earlier.

This particular cock ring comes with a removable vibrating bullet embedded into it, making the cock ring vibrate. The bullet also vibrates the ninety-four individual ticklers (or nubs), which is designed to stimulate the clitoris.

You should never wear a cock ring for more than twenty minutes. It could damage the capillaries and bruise the penis. Also you should not use a cock ring if you have a vascular disease, such as diabetes, or nerve disease.

The Cosmic Cock ring is made of from Thermoplastic Rubber (Also known as TPR). Thermoplastic rubber is a blend or compound that exhibits a thermoplastic character. Thermoplastic rubber is hypoallergenic, nontoxic, and phthalates- free. While Thermoplastic rubber (TPR) is less porous than Cyberskin it is more so than silicone. TPR can be used to produce a wide variety of textures, which include bicycle handles, toothbrushes and some children's toys.

Since the Cosmic Cockring is made from TPR you can only use water-based or silicone lubricants. Petroleum based oils will damage the material.

The shape of the ring itself is very nice; it was not extremely tight, or extremely loose. The tightness is the proper tightness you would want from a ring. The design itself is nice, nothing innovative about it, but it still is a nice design. The ticklers are not very long at all, to improve the stimulation they give, I suggest they make them longer. The bullet is fairly large and gives off some nice vibrations.

The bullet provided is very nice. The bullet has three vibration settings (Low, medium, and high). It is simple to switch speeds, just press the button at the top of the bullet. It would have been nice to be able to go down a speed without having to cycle through the other vibrations (which include turning the bullet off). Overall, I was impressed with the bullet.

The Cosmic Cockring, along with other products made from TPR can not be sterilized (Can not be boiled). You should cleanse these products with warm water and a mild soap. Along with mild soap, you may use anti-bacterial soaps or a sex toy cleaner.

The Cosmic Cockring comes in a basic clear clam shell package. The practical design minimizes damage to the product that may occur in transit. The clear design is not completely without style, the card paper within has a few stylish designs. Blue circular patterns can resemble a cool robotic eye, or even a sci-fi space pod (which would go into the cosmic theme). The design was made to showcase the cock ring, and the blue circular patterns are secondary. The cock ring itself is what will sell this product, at least that is what I believe was the thought process behind this package.

The batteries that come inside the bullet were dead, but they provided an extra set of batteries that worked fine. They also stated on the box that you should remove the batteries after each use. They should have used their own advice, and made space in the package for them instead of inside the bullet.

The lowest vibration is barely noticeable; if I were the designers I would have removed the lowest vibration. I would have put an even higher vibration that the highest vibration on the bullet. While the highest vibration setting is not extremely strong, it was strong enough.

I really loved the fact that this ring was waterproof. It is also nice that this product does not have any out of the box foul smells.

I have got to say, as simple as the package was; I really loved the part "Will give you orgasms out of this world". I just love that saying when combined with the cosmic theme. I love stars, astronomy and sci-fi stuff.

I’ve got to say I was a little disappointed that it gave no instructions on how to wear this cock ring.

My partner and I enjoyed this cock ring. It not only vibrated the penis (Which made for more pleasure) but it also stimulated my partner’s clitoris. The product worked how it was designed, and I would recommend it to others. While this is not an absolute must buy, but it is a very nice product that you would not feel ashamed about buying.

If there was one more speed in the bullet it would have been great.
