The Thrust Enhancer combines a cock ring with a strap for the balls and a couples vibe with a special loop for the head of the penis. It's quite a specialized addition to the bedroom repertoire! The toy has a smooth, stretchy silicone coating. The only exposed part that is not silicone are the two flat prongs to hook up the charger. They are flush with the silicone so you don't feel them.

The shape and design are different than any other toys I have seen. The battery and motor sit on top of the shaft so the sensitive bottom of the penis is exposed except the "head" strap. Depending on your size, this strap may cover the most sensitive part of the penis, so make sure to measure where you think everything will fall, I tried to include a reference. I liked the feel of the cock and balls straps on this better than the Relish but the shaft and head strap were not ideal for me.

The three rings are plenty stretchy to accommodate even an erect penis when putting it on, which was nice. Definitely more stretchy than the Beads cock ring, so much more comfortable.
